Paid $600 in order to get ac working and stop leaking all over our basement floor…less than a week later water continues to leak all over our basement. Contacted customer service to set up for Ivan to come back out since same issue is happening…water leaking all over basement floor and ac still not working properly. Was promised by scheduler we would not be charged another service fee since the issue did not get fixed. Ivan raised his voice, yelled at my husband and demanded another $89 service fee when issue was never fixed the first time. Very disappointed in this company and will not be using them again or recommending to any local moms.

Stevie is great. He’s totally capable knows what he’s doing. We’re very pleased. We’ve never had a problem. Please come to my house several times excellent job always.

The technician, Chris Lowry,, was on time, professional and did a great job. He informed me of everything he was doing and gave me a full rundown on my systems when finished. He even helped me find a doorbell transformer that had gone bad. Great guy, great service.

I called Four Seasons on the recommendation of my son who had use them several weeks before. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and they called me to let me know what the problem was, and how much it would cost. I felt confident they were fair and not taking advantage of the fact I was calling them from out of state and not present at time of service.

He came out in an emergency service, and was very consultative in offerring advice on replacing our furnace due to it’s age which allowed us to maximize our investment . His personable skills were helpful in providing the applicable products and services needed. This creates trust with clients which is the goal.

They communicate well via email and text and send you a reminder the day before the service. Their technicians are always on time and very nice and professional. The technician reaches out via text, phone call and email to let you know they are on their way and an approximate ETA. The service today was done by Christopher, who was very thorough, professional, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend 4 Seasons Heating & Air for your HVAC needs.
