Mike was very professional and friendly. Also went above and beyond the call of duty by helping me to find a leak in my roof which as it turns out, was not in any way associated with the condensation water from the AC.

One of my AC units froze over and stopped working. The first company I called told me I had a refrigerant leak in the indoor coil and in the service valve outside. Total cost to repair was going to be close to $5,000!!! The unit was only 3 years old so I looked up who originally installed it and it was Superior Indoor Comfort. They were backed up with work so it took 4 days to get an appointment, but they were professional and on-time. They tested everything and found no leak. It was just a clogged air filter (which I knew was overdue for changing). Total cost was $144 for the service call and testing. Now it works just fine. Wow! The other guys were trying to cheat me out of $5K and these guys were honest. Can't recommend them highly enough.
