Fit in the installation during a busy time, asked to come a day earlier than promised. Fast, efficient, accurate installation. Owner spent considerable time prior to purchase to help identify the right system and components and explained everything in the detail I needed. Sent 3 people crew for the install, which made things quick and easy. After one day, the system seems to work very well as advertised and the install was professional.

AC went down today. The operator told us that they wouldn’t be able to service it for at least a week. Temperatures are averaging over 85 degrees. And with a senior and pregnant woman in the home, we need to look into hotels that can accommodate our family. It likely would’ve been a better value/safer to simply find a Thumbtack technician.

I informed the phone representative on May 10, 2022 that the a/c in my home was not working. I was told that they could have someone out on May 17, 2022 (1 week later). Our home has been exceeding 80 degrees daily. The phone representatives are all very rude, disrespectful and uncaring. I know my family and situation are not a priority to them. I was initially told that someone would be here mid-morning, around 10 am. It is currently after 1:15 pm. It is clear Superior does not care about customers.
