O E L is very quick to answer my call. He was out within a couple of hours to look at our unit. He told me what the problem was and had to get a part from the warehouse ( which was closed ) and was out the next day to fix the unit. I would recommend O E L .

They sent out an sale men, instead of a repair guy.. The guy came into my home to sell me there unit.. My house is five years old, he did a leak test in which he knew the meter would go off because water melted from ice on coil. I told him the transformer was bad he never tried to replace it only to sell me a new unit.. He even gave me a sad story about his parents unit to help make a sale.. They are crooks, I had to put my family in a hotel for 2 day because of the deceitfulness, I call out another company and they had my a/c back running in 5 minutes for only 300.00... Oel wanted 5800.00 for new unit 2200.ⁿ to repair what cost 300.00.. People please be aware , we work to hard to be trick and fooled by these crooks.... Stay far away from them and get an second opinion... I am warning everyone I know and even showing the to estimates I was given by their company and the company that fixed the a/c....
