Technician was told to please lock the door behind him since home owner would be at work all day. Came home 8 hours later to find the back door wide open, 80 plus degrees inside. Completely frustrated

Gabe was very professional yet personable. He explained everything he was doing to my AC unit in way that I could understand. 😊

This is a good company with great service. I called because my AC wasn't cooling like it used to. Tammy was very helpful and was able to 'work me in' the next day! Chad came out earlier than expected with was so nice!
He did a thorough inspection of our AC unit and was able to diagnose the problem. I highly recommend OEL H&C and will be using them in the future! I believe they treated me honestly!

We always have great service and quick response to our concerns or problems. A few years ago they installed a new system and did a wonderful job. This year we added a maintenance plan and feel that it is of wonderful value. The technician to come out are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
