Expert Home Service

On one of the hottest days of the year (so far) my A/C stopped working. I called the number on my system handler and got through to Expert Home Services (EHS) right away. Even though it was late in the day, they dispatched someone immediately and were at my home in less than 45 minutes. Turns out my handler is old and we needed parts not readily available so they needed to return the next day. EHS came back the next morning to test the motor and new part. The technician was there for some time converting the circuit board from its modern purpose to its new job of cooling my older home. He was fantastic! EHS called in the big gun, who came in on his day off, and got it fixed. I appreciated how concerned EHS was for my families welfare and offered steps to make sure we would be ok during the night. This is customer service at its very best. The dispatcher, Adriana, is amazing and called often to check on us and to give us regular updates on arrival of the technicians. If I called, she picked up, wherever she was, a rarity these days. The job was done quickly, correctly, with great service at a reasonable price, all the while concerned for our family. You can’t ask for more than. I am writing this review after 5 days and report all works great! Thank you Adriana and team!

Nothing says great customer service like keeping your word! 5star technician very knowledgeable. Also educated me on things that I was not aware of in regards to the repair that he completed. I am very satisfied and appreciate the professionalism which is hard to come by these days

This company is amazing, I have used them twice! The first was nearly six years ago and they did such a great job that my air conditioner almost made it to 19 years, which is a miracle in Florida. However, my AC is not immortal and needed to be replaced recently. Aside from having the best price, their staff has been professional and caring both times I have used them. I would recommend them 1000%

Tim fixed my air conditioning for my company. Awesome honest guy It was the coil that was rubbing so he fixed and filled with Freon. I have a very old unit most companies would just want to sell you a new unit instead of actually fixing the problem. I have 10 units and I know very soon I will probably need a new unit and we use this company for my new ones

Expert Home Service has saved me several times! The team is extremely honest, professional, hospitable, budget friendly and treats you like family. Adrianna truly is so knowledgeable and beyond caring, much like the rest of the company. Their sense of urgency to take care of the customer makes you feel like you are VIP status. And that’s not it, they follow up and go out of their way to make sure your expectations have been met. I’ll never use anyone else for repairs and installations.

Had A/C sservice done by them. Very communicative and professional. They did have to come back a second time due to a drain line issue but they went above and beyond to make sure it was taken of so I won't knock any stars for it.

George was amazing!! He ran into a lot of problems replacing our AC and stayed way longer than he was supposed to to ensure that everything was fixed and working perfectly for us. Professional and great quality work!

I thought my broken stove and oven would have to be replaced for over $1000! I was told the parts to repair it were not available by another repair man.

Then I called expert home service! Adriana, who took my call. Gave me an appointment that fit my schedule. John, the technician showed up on time immediately diagnose the problem and told me we did not need a new stove. He ordered the parts and had the stove good as new for less money than I was expecting to spend I would highly recommend this company and will certainly use them for any future appliance needs.

Excellent job installing new a/c system in our house on Thursday before the Christmas. Alejandro and Gerardo arrived on time, removed the old system carefully, made necessary prep work and installed the new system with great care. Adriana was perfect with scheduling, follow up and registration of the new system. I would highly recommend Expert Home Service.
Update 6/15/2023 - I strongly recommend Expert Home Service. They are honest, provide high quality work on time even during the busiest time of a year. Adriana is always professional, efficient, positive and patient when answering calls and emails. Tim was meticulous, professional and patient when checking every component of our 6 months old AC system in order to locate a source of the problem. The work was completed promptly under warranty at no change. This company goes above and beyond to stand behind the quality of their work and quality of products they install.
