OEL has always been great fitting me into their schedule when issues have come up. All of the service people I have met and spoken with are always polite, respectful, and helpful. I always recommend them if someone asks for a/c company.

These folks really know how to make you feel like family....(the kind you like!). They are responsive, and show up when they say that they will. The kindest, most respectful technicians, and often the owner himself shows up to help you and answer ANY questions (even dumb ones) you ask. "Yes ma'am and, is there anything else I can help you with today", is my kind of service. Family owned, family run, family first, and that means you, too.

The tech Gabe was very respectful and nice, did an excellent job, before fixing, talked to me about the issue and how much it was going to cost, than fixed it and we have air! This all took less than 24hrs. I will recommend them to everyone.

Chad with OEL is by far the best AC repair person I have ever come across. They are the most professional and honest company in the business. Our AC stooped working. Chad was out within the hour and had us up and running in a few minutes. I highly recommend OEL for service and replacement.

This team is absolutely amazing!! Took his time to try and figure out what was wrong with my unit. Once he figured it out he gave me an honest price and gave me a couple options of how I wanted to go about fixing it. Thank you so much to this team 10/10 recommend.

We love OEL AC and Heating!!! We have used them for about 3 years for out home and a rental. We are under contact with them. They are quick to respond, twice they can out on a holiday, always on time professional and get the job done correctly! Can't say enough about them. I wish other companies would operate as they do. I would highly recommend them!!!

Chad is the absolute best. He’s a no nonsense pro, extremely knowledgeable-always gets the job done right/gives great advice for every aspect of your HVAC system.

Excellent company! Always return calls, even if after hours. Very timely and communicative about what is going on, what needs to be done and when will be completed. Provided options as was applicable. Great service provided. Professional all the way around. I would definitely recommend this company.

We were pleased with the work the owner performed on my sister's system so we kept their card. Our air conditioner went out on us Saturday night. We texted a request for service on Sunday morning. The first call we received Monday was from them and by 3pm our air conditioner was working and we were happy. The owner is who we met at our home and his technician was knowledgeable and professional. Suffice it to say we have our HVAC company and will call them for all future service!

The young man they sent out was so honest and respectful I couldn't believe it . Most young people his age don't have a job after school for one and are not that respectful and are not that honest He was just awesome.After he finished his work up in the addict he came down and told me ma'am there's nowhere up there for a filter to go and I asked him are you sure yes ma'am I'll check again but I'm positive he said .I jest knew he had to be wrong had to of missed it some how because I live with a quadriplegic and I have been taking taking care of him for quite a few years and I have myself seen a few people and businesses lie to him about things to get money they did earn.this was a new low because for at least a year maybe 2years different people have been tell him and I that this unit took a $90.filter that went up in the addict When the young man came back to install the part we need today my boyfriend happened to be here early I had him go up their with the young man and of course there war no filter so I wanted to say thank their are some honest hard working young people left in the world I glad to know this
