OEL was available quickly (which I needed). Wyatt was very professional and informative with ZERO pressure to sell repairs or a new unit. I will use them every time.

Unbeatable service. Chad came out the same day to evaluate my concerns with my AC unit. As my system was over 15 yrs old, he throughly discussed the benefit of changing to a new unit. The next day he installed my new Bryant air conditioner came inside and installed the new thermostat. The customer service was remarkable. Fast, friendly, professional and most of all honest.

I thought I was completely screwed! Until I call OEL. They were so helpful in the information I needed to know what was going on with my ac. Anthony the tech that came to my rescue was very polite and got the job done! I would highly recommend OEL!!! Its been 2 weeks since my repair and my ac unit is working better than ever. We would recommend OEL Heating and Cooling without hesitation!! At 9pm, our AC shut off, and would not come back on. After my husband tried for over an hour to clear the drain line, which we suspected was the problem, we decided to call a 24hr AC repair. I found them online and their reviews were stellar, so I gave them a call. I expected to get an answering service, but a real person answered the phone. Several things stood out with this company, and particularly with Chad See (owner) who came to our rescue last night! First, as I mentioned, was that Chad answered the phone! Second, was that the charge for a service call is the same reasonable price "whether they come at 2pm or 2am"! We called around 10pm, and Chad was here by 11pm. By 12:30am, we had our AC back! Chad found the issue, as suspected a backed up drain, and also found a flaw in our unit. He corrected that, cleared the line, and even repaired the outside pipe where my husband had sawed it off trying to clear the line! Did I mention that it was raining?! He only charged us for the call, and to clear the drain. We offered him a tip, which he refused. This company is professional, honest, compassionate and reasonably priced. We plan to tell anyone who will listen how great they are! Thank you Chad!! Rest assured, we will be calling you and no one else the next time we need service!

Gave them a call on a Sunday and they were able to get out to my house within a few hours. Wyatt was very friendly and professional. Most importantly they fixed the issue I’ve been having that another company was unable to help with.

We had a clog with our AC unit. Wyatt was able to come the next day. He was very knowledgeable and we will be calling him again if we have any other AC needs.

Made the call because our A/C was going out and they were able to come over same day on a Saturday. The tech was great he was super professional and explained what was going on with the A/C and how we could prevent issues in the future. The whole thing was super painless. Would recommend for anyone to use. Next time there is trouble with the A/C will definitely call them again.

OEL Heating & Cooling are absolutely amazing. They are punctual, reliable, detail oriented, affordable. They came out to repair my a/c at my office because our meeting room was a sauna and before I knew it the room was cooling. They even cleaned up and didn't leave a mess behind. Wyatt and John performed my yearly maintenance on the u it they installed last year. I was very satisfied with the way they went about their business and were very courteous a out answering all my questions. I will definitely be calling them again.
