Man I can't say enough good things about this company. My wife and I started having an issue with our AC last night and after trying to troubleshoot it I realized it was beyond my expertise and potentially very unsafe for me to attempt repair myself (especially since I wasn't even 100% sure it was the problem).

I called another company this morning (Sunday) and hadn't heard back so I gave OEL a call based on a friend's recommendation. The lady who answered the phone was so polite and helpful. She told me a technician would be dispatched and should be here in 1-2hrs max. She said he would even precall me before arriving so I knew he was on the way.

Not even 20 minutes later I get a call from Wyatt saying he was 15 minutes away! Incredible. He showed up, very professional and polite. Introduced himself to me, my wife, and our 4 year old son separately. He also took all the safety precautions we have to take in today's world. He got right to work and immediately found the problem.

He came back out of our extremely tight attic and explained what was going on and how he was going to fix it. He even took some photos on his phone to give me a visual. I mentioned a couple other issues I noticed with our AC in the past and he checked those out as well.

He fixed the initial problem he was called out for and ended up finding the source to the two other things I was concerned about. He explained the fees
to me before performing the work so I knew exactly what the charges would be.

This is the type of company I love to do business with. Professional, Polite, Efficient, and Informative. Wyatt is top-notch and so is OEL.

Wyatt I'm sorry bud I owe you that bottle of water next time you come out. I offered you one and completely forgot to get it for you man!

I have been working with this company on a business level Apollo Retail) as well as a personal level (Apollo Office Unit) and they are outstanding. Friday night, your AC is out in the middle of July. You call several AC companies and most don't respond. The one who does respond tries to Rip you off. Your radar goes off so you want a second opinion. Good luck. The one company you find will come sometime the next day between 8am and midnight on a Saturday.

You stumble upon OEL. The dispatcher is pleasant and to the point. She tells you, your technician, Chad, will be there within the hour. He is, as promised!

This is where the story changes. Thank you, Chad!! He was honest and to the point. He performed the necessary repairs and gave us an honest assessment of what to expect from our unit. He spent the time to answer all our concerns and questions and was dressed safely and appropriately.

It is now, 11pm and the house is quickly cooling down. We are so appreciative of Chad and OEL and now have our official Heating and Cooling Company!

When the need for HVAC maintenance/repairs arises they will be the first company I call. Tammy and her husband, Chad, operate their business like they do their family, with love and compassion. Their sense of urgency to respond to calls let’s you know their passion and understanding for their trade, and for this fickle, Florida weather.

About two months ago, my family had problems with both our home AC and our business AC (barbershop).

Their response time for both times was incredibly fast, very quick response both by phone and coming to the shop/home. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The first time we used OEL was for our home AC, they were able to replace the capacitor (pretty sure that is the name of the piece) and charged much less than our previous AC person was trying to charge us (we didn’t even tell them how much the competition was trying to charge us!). Not only that, they informed us that the AC was actually still under warranty, which the other AC person had said that the warranty had expired already. They replenish the gas and the AC has been working great again.

The second time that we used their services was for our barbershop AC issues. They uncover that it was primarily a drain issue due to poor construction of the complex. They drained and cleared it, and then covered it with a mesh to prevent debris from clogging it again. They also replaced some fuse/switches and got the AC working strong again.

I recommend them 100%, give them a call for your AC needs!

Wyatt helped me immediately on the phone, & he offered to come out to Riverview to assist that very night. ;) John came out the next day & cleaned the drain pipe. No charge because my a/c is still under warranty. I bought my unit from OEL last year. I'm still shocked at how low my electric bill is now, even though I work from home & keep the a/c pretty low 24/7. Great company, great people!

Chad & Wyatt install a 2 ton at my house. on 10/30/20. The service was excellent , they cleaned everything up as agreed on. They took the time to make sure to explain everything they did and the warranty. This company stands behind there service. Roxanne

I called OEL Heating and Cooling to set up an appointment to have my AC units tested. Tammy was so friendly and helpful while I scheduled the appointment and willing to accommodate my schedule. Wyatt was the service tech assigned to test the units he contacted me 15 minutes prior to arriving to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he practiced all CDC guidelines and social distancing practices. Wyatt was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend OEL Heating and Cooling, LLC for all of your heating and cooling needs. Ask for Wyatt he was the best!!!
