We had our AC unit serviced a week ago and the technician who came out told us we needed to replace our entire AC & heating unit because it was pulling too many amps my husband called Nuccio to get a second opinion and it turned out that we only needed to replace two capacitors. I've had this PM service w/Nuccio for about 4-5 years now and it has given me some peace of mind about staying on top of potential A/C issues before they crash my system. I have had a few different techs do the service and they have all been extremely courteous and more than willing to answer my crazy questions as they efficiently go about doing their work. Mr. Eric James diagnosed my ac evaporator issue quickly. It was a simple fix and it was up and running again!

Nuccio will rip you off, they charged us $1350 to replace a motor that cost them less than $500. The first motor that they tried to put in was built in 2006, yes 2006! I suggest that you do you research before you agree to a price, which I didn't do because I had trusted them previously. I took the time, after I agreed to the price, and found the motor for less than $600 retail. I will never work with them again. BUYER BEWARE

You state that the online price does not include a warranty, actually it includes two years of warranty. An additional year above what you offer. Plus if you are unable to beat the price I can find on the internet then you might want to check the pricing that you receive from your vendors.

Very honest company, did an excellent job, was on time and very friendly. Making the appointment was easy, they utilize email confirmations, setting appointments electronically etc. which is my preferred method of communication. They even email you the techs info and a photo prior to his visit so you know who to expect. Very professional and well done. I prepaid for my 2nd service because I know I will use them again.

Experienced a unique problem with my HVAC system and thermostat. Everyone from Vicki at the Maintenance Dept when I called to Jerry who actually had to come out twice to find the issue were extremely professional and understanding. This company gets it. Their customer service is top notch
