We were having a cooling issue with our A/C. They sent a technician the same day we called. We were lucky enough to get Jess this time. She was very thorough and went through a lot of troubleshooting to find that we need a new valve that the refrigerant goes through. They will be ordering the part and will install it this week. Great news.

Cleaning done on 8 Oct. fan motor malfunctioned at about the same day. Had service come and recommend replacement of fan motor and thermostat. Tech did not seem. Sure of diagnosis and called another tech. I became unsure of the techs diagnosis and called Jess of Nuccio, who was very hateful and demeaning towards me. She finally asked mr. Nuccio, about sending out another tech to verify the diagnosis, he must have told her do it because when she called back she even more hateful and abrupt. Next day new tech came and verified the need to change fan motor and thermostat.he called Jess for price and availability. She was short with the tech and said a new I fan motor was about $800.00 and installation charge was about $2500.00. I decided at that point to pay the service fee and dismiss the tech. Which I did. I have been a Nuccio customer over 25 years, but sadly, I will no longer need your service. I called another company and had the fan motor install and thermostat replacement accomplished for less tha half of what Jess said. Your yearly maintenance fee of about $190.00 is very high, especially without cleaning the fan blower and motor area, which after seeing it when the newly hired company pulled it out. To me that may have been a contributing factor in the fan motor failure(just my opinion). Having to deal with Jess and the 3 day wait she quoted to have the work done was unacceptable. Sadly, I must inform you that I will no longer use Nuccio heating and air conditioning. Sincerely, Bobby Jones

Eric, our service technician was prompt, courteous and very professional. He let us know what needed to be done with one of our units and made arrangements for a proposal to be sent to me to assure the work would get done. Could not have asked for better service.

Nuccio installed the A/C unit in my new home when it was built five years ago. Since then I have had two annual maintenance sessions and one repair done by Nuccio. Today technician Schwarzen Mathieu arrived on time, texting me first to confirm that he was on his way for my third annual A/C maintenance. I discussed an issue I had that I resolved. He then explained to me what he intended to do and would also check into the issue I had. Along the way he would stop to show me what the problems were that he found. He then explained what my options were and made some recommendations regarding mold. And he took before/after pictures on an iPad to explain the work he did and show the results. The most professional customer service I've gotten in a long time. Thank you!
