James was very professional but unfortunately he left oily marks on the thermostat. Apparently a coil leak was found and office was supposed to contact me the next day with information if it’s still under warranty or not and with repair cost, no contact at all. I’ll called this afternoon and got transferred to a voicemail…

Our ac is down and now heading into the weekend .

We have been customers of Nuccio for years. Our heating went out last night (freezing temps in Tampa). Eric came out on this Christmas Eve, diagnosed the issue (frog got into the external unit and caused a short, as well as some fragile wiring). He was prompt, courteous and helpful as always. We have a warm house tonight.

I called today and she was very helpful. She knew my system and after leading the steps to check out the thermastat. She said the unit is working properly and didn't reach my set tempature because of the extreme cold.
She was very honest and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

Jacob was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and did a superb job fixing it quickly! Highly recommend Jacob!!! Nuccio Air is awesome and we have used them for decades. Thank you for sending out Jacob to do a phenomenal job and taking great care of us!

Ronald has done our maintenance for several years now. He does a great job and it's nice to have someone familiar with your system coming out. He is always on time, courteous and pleasant to work with.

A/c not cooling properly! Leaking Freon… need new part in order for unit to operate properly and with efficiency!
No point in having Freon put in .. would continue to leak!
Unit is in off position and am running the fans in all rooms! Quite toasty in here tonight… Hope this part can be ordered and installed quickly!
