I've trusted Nuccio Heating & Air for almost two decades. They are a family owned company that continually provides excellent work. They retain long-term employees which helps add to the benefit of great service from people who care. Their techs are always very knowledgeable and this time I had Benjamin Farris who came to our home and the experience was incredibly positive. Vicki Williams in the office set up the appointment super easy and Ben did great work as well as supplying several tips and answered any questions I had. I would recommend Nuccio to anybody who needs good work by good people like Ben, Vicki and the team.

Let me tell you the service department to put a appointment have a rude lady name Pat. Very unprofessional. Every time I call she has a bad attitude. This past time I called kept screaming in the phone like a crazy lady and not helping. Seriously if y’all talk to Pat do not waste your time get someone else. Very Rude Lady. How is this person in customer service.

Nuccio is a company that backs their work (installation and equipment) and has good customer service that responded to all my AC needs. Their technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Scheduling service is easy and response time is fast.

Although Nuccio has been servicing our home AC for 15+ years now, it let us down. They performed a tune up on Monday Sep 19th, on Friday the 23rd our AC stopped working. This is the 2nd and last time that Nuccio performed an annual service and days later it breaks. I called Nuccio earlier in the day, they did send a Technician over at around 5pm. He could not fix it because he did not have the part for it. Supposedly the broken part had nothing to do with the service they had performed that Monday. We did not hear from Nuccio Monday, on Tuesday I called them to ask for status on the part. The lady I spoke to said that they had just received the part but could not squeeze us in until Friday. I told her it was really hot in our home and we should not have to wait until Friday. I felt that we should have had priority being that not only have we been with Nuccio for 15+ years but our AC broke right after they serviced it. I no longer trust them and will be looking for a new AC company to service our unit.

Nuccio did an amazing job installing my new A/C-heat pump. Not only did they arrive on time but sent out five guys to ensure an accurate and timely installation of the 3-ton monster! The team work they exhibited was amazing, this was not an easy install (in my opinion). I last used Nuccio in 2001 with my new heat pump. Sadly, it died after 20 years and weathering many storms, etc.
