Nolan was referred to me by my agent and has been my go-to for my AC/Heat since 2017. They are always professional, and responsive which is most important to me. Just recently on Monday 7/3 end of day, I reached out regarding issue with my AC. I quickly got a reply back, ensuring that they will send someone out after the holiday to take care of it. And 8 am on 7/5, I got a text that a technician is scheduled for me. They got the issue resolved quickly. I highly recommend Nolan

Not to long ago, I referred all of my clients to Nolan. Now is a different story. I was supposed to have a service appointment with them, but they never showed up. When I said something about the appointment, I was told that I could go elsewhere. Nolan has raised their prices and forgot how they got where they are. Not a very personable company. They do good work, but customer service is not there!

Being a realtor in the area, I saw that Nolan Air Heating & Cooling was highly recommended by many of my colleagues as well as their reviews. I couldn’t have asked for better or quicker service. Our AC went out on the middle of a Saturday just hours before we had guests coming over. The company responded to me right away and had a tech, Dominic, at my house within about 30 minutes. Dominic reassured us that he could get it back and running within the hour, and he did just that! He was very professional and did a great job! I highly recommend Nolan Air Heating and Cooling.

Wow! This company is on point. They have customer service down to a science. In our home the servicemen where professional, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. They did a great job cleaning the coil in our air handler and reassembling the unit. Nolan Air stands out from the rest for all the right reasons. Would highly recommend them for all your A/C needs. A/C went out night before 4th of July, yikes! Despite the holiday and scorching heat, Joey was very prompt with response and getting us an appointment which was completed by Dominic. On time, quick, professional, polite; same as Joey! As someone who comes from the home repair industry with concentration in customer service, I can say without a doubt this kind of service unfortunately is not super common. Use them! Nobody’s perfect, but they came pretty close!

My AC unit decided to stop working so I made a maintenance request with my apartments and Nolan Air contacted me about coming out to take a look. They informed me a time frame that was inconvenient, so I alerted them that my apartment was above 80 degrees and the matter of it being fixed was urgent. I was contacted early the next morning and they were able to send someone out at am earlier and reasonable time frame. The technician Emilo came to take a look at did a great job getting my AC unit to work again in a matter of seconds and also informed me what went wrong. Thank you so much for your great service!

Nick R. came over and quickly diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system, gave me some tips on how to prevent the issue from happening again, and walked me through the logic of his thought process. I came out of the appointment more informed and feeling better able to care for my home. Nick also showed me everything he was doing, maintaining full transparency and being honest about cost. Always happy to work with a company that hires nice, honest people like Nick.

I dealt with Joey and he was awesome. I reached out to this company to do an AC replacement for one of my listings. Myself and my client were very pleased with the quick response, fast turn around time and reasonable pricing. Thank you Joey.
