Great customer service! The woman who answered the phone was so helpful, she made sure to call before the repairman was on his way as I requested. Julio was very professional, had our a/c fixed within an hour, and even carried a heavy box in my house for me. Will definitely be using them again! Thanks for the great service.

We called for service on a holiday and they were able to get to the house in less than an hour. Amos was our Technician and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem and how we can prevent it in the future. We’re very satisfied with the company and the service and would recommend them to anyone.

As usual, exceptional service from Caldeco - the technicians arrived on time, were professional completed my semi annual maintenance as planned. They updated me on the condition of the systems and left everything nice and clean. I highly recommend Caldeco for any HVAC needs.

Had an issue with one of my AC units 2 days before closing on my house. I called Caldeco and Josh came out to do the diagnosis. He had to order two parts and came back out two days later and fixed the issue very quickly. Josh was very professional and did a great job getting my AC back up and running. I was able to close on my house as planned. I highly recommend Caldeco.

Highly recommended. From interaction with the installation team to the maintenance techs - all were very punctual, courteous and professional. During each maintenance call (6 month schedule), the techs don't seem to mind being asked questions, answer with confident detail and give excellent feedback. The techs even stay for a few cycles to ensure the system is up and running smoothly after maintenance.

Summer 2019: When our downstairs A/C began to make irritating noises, we had a few companies come and look. All had very similar diagnoses: 12 year old units that run a great deal of the time were just plain on their last legs. Pricing for replacements was also relatively close, but Caldeco did provide a few options with clear printed comparisons. When we discovered that the other “front runner” firm had almost zero reviews (despite being in business for 15+ years) we became suspicious and discovered that they had laundered their reviews. Caldeco had terrific reviews and those are well-founded. They were able to schedule the work quickly, the crew (Edwin and Raul) were polite, quick, explained the crazy new-fangled system controls (can you say “Alexa?”), and left zero mess. The first evening (late June temps!), the unit was not cooling very quickly. They sent someone right away, explained that the new energy efficient units take a little longer than our old ones, and then “tweaked” the fan. Voila. Day 2 was just as easy. Then, about a week later, the noise was back. They had someone here in less than half an hour and found that the issue was with the vents, not the units. So the tech (can’t recall his name… maybe Ricardo?) showed us how to get around it by using a different filter changing approach. All in all, this was a very expensive job, but throughout, Caldeco did a great job and I recommend them highly!

Nobody likes to have to deal with A/C issues- but we live in Florida, and it's part of life. I had been using a competitor, and they were good- but not Caldeco good. My entire unit needed to be replaced (old unit, bad coil) and I received quotes from my current (now former) company, Caldeco and a few others. I chose Caldeco, for several reasons- price, options and professionalism.

I worked with Mike Jenkins and Matt Midkiff- and they were both terrific to deal with. Their service techs who installed the condenser and air handler were professional, courteous and neat. They showed up at the agreed upon time and got straight to work.

If you're in the market for a new system, or just a tune-up, I suggest putting Caldeco on your list to call. The top of your list.

Purchasing a new AC unit can be a daunting and yet scary task as next to a car this investment will impact your comfort unlike any other. Educating yourself as a consumer and getting multiple quotes is the best thing you can do for yourself. With that said, I came across Caldeco via ratings, certifications/standards and manufacturer listings.

Although in the end I did not choose to go with Caldeco for this job I want to give praise to this company for their process, professionalism and knowledge. I found their pricing to be very competitive, not the highest and not the cheapest.

Alexander Myers was the Project Manager that came to my home to quote the job. He displayed a high level of technical knowledge and did a great job explaining things. Excellent customer service all around. For those that are quoting out an HVAC job you should strongly consider including Caldeco in your rotation. I know I will be giving them another chance when it comes time to replace our downstairs unit.

Matthew is welcomed back on the next scheduled Maintenance. He did a good job and when he hit a problem instead of bluffing his way thru he explained the problem to us and call another tech for help.
