Rick's A/C, Inc

Wow. I called them after another company quoted me $12-16k to repair or replace my system. Was literally in tears thinking I was going to just sell my house as is to a flipper bc no way could I afford that.

Albert, from Ricks came out bc I wanted to really make sure my ac was done. Albert was out with in an hour of my call. Told me there was no evidence of the stuff they use to find leaks, even tho the other company claimed they did it last Friday, came out today and "found" a leak in the upstairs handler.

Albert showed me what the product looked like and how there's no way to put it in without leaving traces of it. Compared it to how when you change your oil there's always some spillage or it gets on your hands. There was no evidence of it from the previous company.

Rick's charged me $35 for the service call and injected the dye AT NO CHARGE with the instructions to call back in a month so they can come back at NO CHARGE to check for leaks. Albert was adamant to not spend another penny on the AC until they could come back and actually get an idea of whether there's actually a problem. Agreed that my unit is older, but said basically if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

So to all you companies who make your techs salesmen , see ya later. Albert and Rick are my guys.

I can't say enough good things about Rick's. Honest, fair, and reliable. Rick, along with his employees, are all knowledgeable and take time to explain the problem and quick to fix. It's not easy making tenants happy, but all have great things to say about Rick's!

Rick and Alberto were fantastic! They responded to an emergency repair same day, and the work and professionalism were top notch. If you need AC or heating done, make one call to Rick's AC!

Never really spoke to Rick. He did all the communication thru texting. Which I found weird. But Steve and his Son that work there did a amazing job

honest, polite, and respectful. Excellent customer service and very efficient!! They were even nice with my 5 year old grandson that kept wanting to be their friend. Lol! Thank you Rick and family for great service!

Talked to Rick yesterday morning and a Tech arrived at my house by 230pm. The tech was in and out without a trace. He was very respectful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks me. Oh and best part was the price!!!

Top notch professional service!.Family owned . Kind and courteous crew. They did an excellent job putting in a whole new system for me. When they finished they cleaned up every scrap of paper and left everything spotless. Highly recommend .

Rick's A/C, replace my A/C in my home, His tech's took the time to make sure no damage would happen to my 70 plus hardwood floors. Installation was done on time as promise. Fair price and sometimes smaller companies are better. Rick is now on speed dial, for any appliance repair.

I was very pleased with my experience with Rick's AC. Initially, I called to order a part I needed to install on my unit and they had it in stock at a reasonable price. When I picked up the part, Rick was kind enough to give me a couple pointers on installing the part myself. After the part didn't fix my problem, I called them back and they were able to get a very competent tech (Farid) out to my house quickly. Farid was able to diagnose my issue quickly and accurately. It sounds like they have several experienced techs on staff and definitely offer a great service at a reasonable price whether you are a DIY customer or have no clue about AC and just need a good, honest AC company to help you out.
