The quote they gave me was a very competitive price (I got quotes from 4 different companies), and I ultimately went with them due to their thoroughness and professionalism during the estimate process. This was my first maintenance appointment with Caldeco and it was a great experience. The technician (Tim) was on time, courteous and polite. He explained everything and did a great job on the units. He did not try to sell me any additional services, parts, etc like most service people do - he just did an excellent job providing the service I had asked for. We received very good service on our semi-annual maintenance. The representative did a very thorough job and spent time answering our questions and giving us helpful hints. We renewed our service contract for another year.

We have been Caldeco customers for well over 20 years in two homes. The entire staff has been wonderful. On time, cheerful, friendly and very good at keeping our system running smoothly. Dudley was a first time tech servicing our unit today and he was everything we come to expect from the entire Caldeco Team. The technician arrived promptly, was very professional, and spent a long time cleaning out both the inside and outside AC units. Our previous HVAC maintenance company never cleaned the inside units. I was very impressed with the technician's thoroughness. He removed portions of the inside unit and cleaned them on our driveway. We also had a specialist come and assess the ductwork because one room is always hotter than the others. He made some good suggestions to fix the problem, which we will pursue. I was very impressed with Caldeco and definitely recommend this company, particularly if you have a Carrier system, because they specialize in Carrier. We will be switching to Caldeco for our annual maintenance.
