Caldeco called to ask if Dudley could come a little early and when I approved, there he was! And he was great! Very through, very informative, and even gave my pups some pats. I don't know about the value question because I have not used any other AC company for this kind of thing, but I am very pleased with Caldeco.

Caldeco is the best company for AC repairs. Every one you come in contact with is professional. My technician George was nice, knowledgeable and professional. The service you get from Caldeco is always top notch. I wish I could give them 10 stars

I had 2 other companies come out and they told me I needed a whole new unit because I had a leak somewhere and that they couldn’t pinpoint it so both the inside and outside units had to be replaced. This was a 2015 unit mind you. That was Martin Air and Velocity. I had Caldeco come out and they first sent the sales guy and he said he would send his repair specialist come out because it can be repaired. They fixed it same day. I was happy to pay the $900 for the repair than a whole new $6000 unit!

Caldeco provides a quality service at a fair pricing for any repairs or annual maintenance I've done. Over the years, I've tried many AC companies, some much cheaper, and some much more expensive, but none paid attention to detail or got it right the first time like Caldeco. Regarding their punctuality, I typically schedule 800AM or 830AM appointments as their first call of the day, so they always show up on time and I don't have to worry about them getting behind because of a previous call.

Wonderful company and very honest. Just had a visit from Tim and he was very knowledgable and helpful. Great representation for the company and I would recommend you use them for your residential service. I have used them for 2 years now and each time the service is outstanding. Tim was not only friendly and down to earth, but a nice person. I used to have John for many years until he became a trainer and he was also very good. Give them a try! You will not be disappointed in the sincere treatment. Also wanted to mention Julio who gave me excellent service on 12/15/17! Highly recommend this company and the outstanding employees who work there!

I had my A/C system cleaned and all went well. Technician was on time and pleasant.

Daniel was very thurough. I've never had a tech take out the blower and clean the box and blades. I've had regular maintenance on a biannual basis and no one has ever cleaned the blower and it was evident it has been needed. I want Daniel as my regular service tech.

Caldeco is an excellent company. My AC unit, only 6 yrs old, not installed by Caldeco, had leaks, fan motor seized, etc. Thousands of dollars in repairs. Caldeco came out on a Monday afternoon and by Tuesday 5 PM I had a brand new Carrier unit installed. Not only does the new unit work great but the installation crew took the time to adjust the duct work so it was off the insulation on the attic floor and this dramatically increased the air flow to the house. There were a couple of “hiccups” after the Installation was completed but, and this us why I gave them 5 stars, they fixed those promptly and professionally. It’s nice to know that Caldeco is a company that stands behind their work , after an installation and fixes issues that were identified. Ryan and Robert were excellent about getting back to me and the crew that did the install was also very good

Shocking customer service. Don't believe you will get your "First free annual maintenance service" as promised on your contract. I have spoken to 3 people in the company and got the "run around all week". I have been told that I am not entitled to it as it is a rental property. When I questioned that they said they would do it. They were all well aware of it being a rental property before they did the installation. I have since spoken to Mike and Louise about it and apparently their paperwork is not in order. They have promised to call me all week. I have tried to get hold of both Richard Caldevilla Sr. and Jr. as they should know how their staff is treating customers. No response from either of them in 24 hours. Shocking customer service. Don't waste your money. There are more professional and reliable companies in Tampa.
Can you imagine if something went wrong with the system? Carrier are going to hear about this too.
