We had Ismael out to repair out Air Conditioner today through are home warranty company . If I could give 10 stars I would after a week of no air he got us up and running and made it a point to explain everything in great detail. Excellent company very knowledgeable staff !

Excellent on time service. Staff is super friendly and kept me informed on what was being done every step of the way. There were no surprises on the bill & that is superb! Very happy and will use again if needed. Also, will recommend to others in need of an HVAC company. It is hard to find honesty in todays world so this is a 💎 in the rough.

I called for an estimate on a unit and the customer service was excellent. Patricia was very helpful and very sweet. She went over everything with me in great detail and didn't get mad when I asked alot of questions. Best customer service hands down anywhere.

Dominick was very kind, explained what was going on and fixed our ac, we have been having issues for a long period of time. A lot of other technicians came and couldn’t find what was wrong with our ac. Thanks to God they finally sent someone that knew what he was doing.

If I could give a million stars I would ! I’ve been without air for two weeks . I’ve had multiple company’s come out and try to service my unit with no success. Hometown came out and repaired my unit with ease ! (The first time out).Dom was amazing and so knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend!

We used Hometown Heating and Air through our home warranty when our AC completely went out in August. Our unit was 20 years old so options were limited & we opted to replace the unit and air handler completely. They were quick to arrive and give us our options, ordered the parts immediately, and although we had to wait over the weekend for one piece to ship, they installed it the same day it arrived.

The pricing was really reasonable, especially with the warranty on the unit, however beware that the price does NOT include interest if financing. I didn't read the fine print but would have been nice to know when I asked.

We failed the initial inspection, but they were quick to come out and fix the problem. We were not contacted for a follow up inspection, so I had inquired yesterday to get a new one set up.

They came out today and we passed! Overall, good company to work with.
