    I do not recommend at all. My A/C was broken for about a week. At first, we thought it was the smart thermostat, so we got it replaced as it was under warranty. Still didn’t work. We filed a claim with choice home warranty and they sent these guys out. The technician claimed we blew the fuse and transformer when we replaced the thermostat. Which didn’t make sense ‘cause we didn’t touch the wires, we just snapped on the new control panel using the existing base. It wasn’t working prior to the new thermostat anyway. The claim got denied because the technician said it was our fault and they wanted almost $500 out of pocket to replace transformer and fuse. We called around to other A/C companies for a second opinion. The technician for the new company said the transformer and thermostat were FINE. The fuse just needed to be replaced. He went over different reasons for what might have caused the fuse to go out. $150 later my A/C is working fine. And that was mainly just the trip fee.

    Had this company install a new ac system about 6 months ago. I paid half up front and then the last day of the install they automatically took out the other half. The job totaled about $7000, when it came time to get the job inspected so I can have it for the homes record it failed the inspection 3 separate times after they kept coming back out to try and fix their discrepancies. I've contacted the business several times and they said they would fix it and offered me 2 years of free maintenance and $250 back for my troubles. It's been months and I received no money back from them and the job is still incomplete with no passing inspection. They have been over here at least 3 times to fix the install and the inspectors was here 3 times and it failed each time. That's 6 different days I had to miss work not including the installation of course and it's been very hard with myself being active duty military. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau, going to the local News and taking further action. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone that wants a full and complete job that's able to pass inspection.

    Techs are great. Company not so much. Purchased a new unit in June 2021 had a problem they came back in February and replaced a circuitboard. Having the same problem again and they will not come out to replace or fix that circuitboard unless I pay them for parts labor and a service call . Also my invoice has one brand of AC and I received a cheaper one.
