The service agent came out to service the AC. Unfortunately for me, I inherited an aged unit full of mold and it needed to be replaced. He answered all my questions and gave options on which route to pursue. The technicians arrived on time and were professional. They laid cardboard down to protect my carpet. Each guy introduced themselves when they came in. The replacement took around 8 hours but I’d much rather it take all day and be correctly installed the first time, then have issues and have to keep calling for repairs.

The response time was very quick and the employees kept me informed throughout the whole process. All around great service and the best price around. The office manager was very thorough and professional. Definitely recommend using hometown!

Our AC went out for almost a week! Hometown AC came out to help fix the problem and Damian was the technician assigned, what a great technician!
He was amazing and helped us to understand how the AC unit works and why it was having the issue it was.
He was able to get it up and running on the spot!

Probably the most positive experience I have had with an HVAC service. From the first phone call this group was polite, honest and personable. Their response was rapid and their work professional and more than thorough! On top of all of this, their pricing was more than fair! I had a great experience with this company. I contacted the warranty company for my air conditioning unit and they sent out Home Town Heating and Air. The company responded to my claim immediately and was able to service me within 48 hours. The gentleman who arrived, Ismael, thoroughly explained to me what went wrong with my old unit and what my options were in regards to replacing the unit. I appreciated that he showed me what parts of my old unit were malfunctioning as well. I didn't feel scammed in terms of pricing, which was also a positive for me. Long story short, I felt they were thorough, efficient, and professional. Would recommend.

Two servicemen arrived first thing in morning.
They were here almost 10 hours installing a new A/C unit, inside and out. The crawl space to my attic is small, which made installation a little more difficult, but they never complained. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable in what they did. My house is wonderfully comfortable now! Would recommend Home Town Heating and Air.
