Cristian Toledo was great! Very professional, informative and helpful. He worked quickly to get my problem fixed. After a cold weekend I am happy to have heat again. I appreciate his swift and efficient efforts to restore my service.

Emergency situation. From calling the office to the actual repair, everyone was professional, truthful and very helpful. Highly recommend!!! Alex was fantastic!

Mmy mother had them come out to clean the indoor coils and because she wasn't knowledgeable they insisted she should just buy a whole new system even after asking if they could just replace the coil, the question was pushed away. 2 weeks later its got water pouring from it because not only does the 10k service not come with a new drain pump but they also don't let you know if your pipes are bad and bring up running a new drain line before installing this hunk of junk. They took advantage of an elderly woman that knows nothing about any of the issues, just taking a kind ear to what she thought were professionals. Do not use for servicing or install!

UPDATE: they did not glue any of the pipes. And when let known they insisted its our fault not theirs, we can pay an extra 250 to have them pump again. At this point I'm going to have a real company come out and put a new condensate line. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND REFUSE TO TAKE OWNERSHIP IN ANY SORT OF MISTAKES. THEY ARE A LAWSUIT AWAY FROM BEING SHUT DOWN

Communication was great from the beginning. We scheduled our appointment and received a text regarding Travis’s arrival time, which is tracked live. Travis communicated pricing accurately and explained the job to us. He replaced our upstairs toilet seamlessly. He was polite, professional cleaned up when he was done and removed all the trash and parts. Great service.

Rocco was great. He explained everything in detail and provided pictures to explain. Very friendly and timely.

Brian Turner was great at servicing our AC. The fan stopped on one of our AC units. He thoroughly checked our unit and diagnosed the problem quickly. Luckily, it wasn't a major issue. I would request to have him when our next annual maintenance is due.

UPDATE: Upon inspection, I was told there were some parts not up to code. It has been over a year and I cannot schedule the repair/replacement to take place. They installed my air conditioner, took the money, used some incorrect parts, and now I can't get them to come back.

I spoke to Scott Hallman today and he told me able all the services that you can provide. I can’t think of a reason to call anyone else.
