This was my first time using ACS Services and I have to honestly say I was very impressed. I placed my initial call at midnight and Maria was extremely responsive and very helpful. This company is in Tampa Florida and I believe the owner is Josh Caberra. We bought an AC unit from them 5 years ago and had free inspections .They called me that it was time for the free inspection so they came out. Our AC handler is in the attic above the garage. We aren't sure why it wasn't installed in the garage in the first place but thats another story. My wife was told at free inspection that the attic had mold and we needed this uv light for 1200 dollars. She was scared about the mold and after asking this kid, could he get rid of the mold was told Yes . We tried canceling this expensive one hour later after discovering they used Simply Green bought from the Dollar store wiped off some condensation and uv light was not needed. This company refused to work with us. Worst experience and would never recommend this company.

Very unprofessional. Came in wearing tee shirt and cargo pants and flip flops. Paid him up front for a service and he did nothing. He tried to make it into a bigger job for thousands of dollars. He was very rude and unprofessional. He stood by his truck telling us that we were not told if you could not unclog our toilet that we would get our money back. He said he was told not to come in our house. How do you fix a toilet without coming in. Then he said he was not going to even give us a quote if we did not pay up front. Who requires money up front without providing a service? Very disappointed. You took money from a senior citizen who just lost his mother in law. You were unprofessional. When we tried to call you hung up on us or let it go to voice-mail. Your website states unclog or you don't pay a dime. False advertising.

Brian Turner came to let me know about my a/c/heater. After realizing my unit was over 20 years old, we decided it would be adviseable to replace my system. So he gave me an estimate for new system which included some extras and it will be installed tomorrow so I am very happy. Brian was very nice and knowledgeable about your products so he earns 5 stars from me.

Accidently called ACS this morning and really liked the receptionist so scheduled an appointment because my heating decided to give out. Alex showed up early and was super nice and professional. Inspected my unit and determined it could be repaired, but cost was almost as much as installing a new unit. Made the decision to replace the unit and install new duct work. Got an excellent price and guarantees. 12 year parts and labor warranty, can't beat that!!
Today was the installation of the Daikin unit into our home. Nick and Danny arrived and immediately started to work. Super polite and efficient. Nick worked on the outside and Danny worked on the inside air handler and thermostat installation. Very impressed with both of the installers. When they needed clarification or wanted to update me, they were both super polite and professional Tomorrow will be the start of the duct work removal and installation.

After going through allot of trouble finding a reputable company to fix my ac problems came across ACS and they fix my problems for a reasonable price they will be the ones I call with any future problems for sure thanks allot for the service.

Matt was early and very informative on what it would take and some options to replace our HVAC system. Waiting on final quotes from competitors before making final decision, but working with Matt will have a play in the decision.
