Very pleased with ACS. Have been a loyalty member for two years and except for a brief period when they forgot to schedule our bi-annual checkup we are extremely happy with the service received. Christian is our latest experience and he could not have been more professional and knowledgeable.

compressor making very loud noise on start. this just started within last couple days. ACS tech said it needed hard start kit which i said doesn't make sense, as an electrical engineer i could discuss technical. he insisted it needed hard start, i said no and paid the service fee. another ac repair company diagnosed problem bad contactor and start capacitor…the said a hard start kit would probably wreck the compressor. ACS did refund the service fee, why 2 star instead of one. My issue is with the service manager not willing to come back out for further diagnosis.

Kaitlyn was the lady on the phone she booked our appointment in a timely manner and got someone out to my grandmothers home as quick as she could service was great will always recommend acs home services.

I don't know why all the good reviews. This company is a scam. Beware, check all the complaints on the better business bureau. They came out to replace a simple PVC pipe charged 400 and not only not fixed the broken pipe ended up breaking another and tried to sell me a new water heater. And refused to refund my money

Replace cast iron pipes, said it would be better to replace water heater since it was a little older so we agreed. Found out a permit is needed and they never pulled a permit replaced our 40 gal water heater with a 30, have to boil water to add to dish water to wash, we had installed on 01/16/23 I contact the office cause plumber was no help and in so many words not their problem and if I wanted a plumber to come look at it I would be charged a service fee of $99. now I have another plumber here laughing how the water heater was installed he said it would of never passed inspection. We feel like we were taken advantage of being seniors, will never use this company for anything!! Thank you for nothing!!!

Cristian and Ben did a great job. They were ahead of schedule, and were thorough and efficient. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

DO NOT USE THEM FOR PLUMBING! They required upfront $99 charge. First red flag. The customer service was responsive and well mannered. The plumber had a 12-2 window and as of 5pm , was still on the previous project, I get it, things happen. They told me he had no one else the next morning and I would be first thing. I had to call them to see if he was on his way at 930.. he finally came close to 1030. The issue we were having with our shower , we had previously on a different shower and we knew it was one piece, under $150 fix, since we had done it a few months ago. He quoted us $800!! And talked about cutting in to the wall. Did not seem to even analyze the shower, unscrew anything, etc. He was very unprofessional. They only wanted our money. we called another plumber same day, who doesn’t charge upfront. Fixed the issue for $300! Not $800.
Terrible experience

Rocco, Alex and Hugo were awesome. All were very knowledgeable and helpful. Went out of their way to make sure all was well with my AC and plumbing issues.

Scott was awesome today and ACS is lucky to have him. He was upfront with the issues that I needed to resolve and provided the level of information that I needed to understand what needed to be resolved to get my AC back to health which is mandatory considering the FL temperatures even in February. I have had issues with brownouts in the past and Scott installed a surge protector which will help with Tampa area blackouts and brownouts. The work was pristine and clean. Again, glad to have an expert like Scott to reach out to and someone I can trust.

Brian recently installed a UV air purifier in our home unit. WOW—the difference is incredible! The air inside our home smells, feels, and even TASTES better! 5/5 would recommend to all friends and family. Customers for life.
