Ben and Willie were great and exceeded expectations. They were very professional and got the job done. The installation was very precise and they made sure everything was up and running and took their time.

Alex was my service technician. This fella went above and beyond to ensure that I was kept informed as to the process. Alex was incredibly polite, helpful and conscientious. Alex was knowledgeable about the services provided and made sure I understood all the issues.

I made an appointment for my AC maintenance. Scott the technician arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly cleaned my unit and explained everything to me when he was done.
He took before and after pictures so I could see what work was performed.
I was able to see that I needed to protect my unit and improve the air quality in my home. Thank you for being so patient and kind.

Highly recommend!!! Brian got our a/c working so quickly. He was very thorough, explained everything in detail. After he fixed the a/c, I told him one of our bedrooms was always hotter than the rest of the house. He got right into the attic through the smallest access spot and found the problem. He took pictures and then repaired the duct too. Brian was honest, knowledgeable, and I will definitely pass his information to anyone needing a/c services.

Brian was extremely professional and helpful! He answered any and all questions I had in a fun fashion without making me feel as though I was a bother. He gave multiple recommendations for services I would need in different packages that would make them affordable. He even went the extra mile and checked a light switch that we've been having issues with and gave me guidance on what the problem could be. Definitely recommend and will be requesting him for our future service under the membership package!

I have been very patient with this company and it's employees from office managers to the tech. Long story short they charged me $399 to drain a hot water heater which turns out they didn't drain it completely. I asked for a refund, full or partial. A week has gone by afyer I was told they would discuss with the owner and get back to me. Well nothing yet. I'm not telling you to avoid them BUT I will never use their service ever again.

A/C doing A/C things in the middle of the summer. My normal A/C people weren’t picking up and ACS was first on the list to call. They were able to see me that same day and Scott was super informative and through throughout the repair and taught me a thing or 2 about causes and prevention methods for my A/C issues! Willie, Benjamin, and Brian were great company was fast, responsive and got me in NEXT DAY for a total nee system install after my ac failed. Even had an issue first night (my own fault) and the guys were back first thing in the morning for a wuick fix (corrected settings on thermostat I accidentally messed up). Follow up is needed to replace some electrical breakers lets hope that they are as fast and responsive with this last part. Review to be continued… so far A+++

Our AC went out around 10:00 pm, we called Ierna’s who we normally use but our situation wasn’t of importance to them- even though we are still under warranty,. The earliest they could get someone to us, their “valued customer” was sometime on Monday. We decided to take a chance on ACS. They responded quickly and got someone out to us as soon as they could. Alex showed up and was great. His professionalism and personable demeanor were greatly appreciated at such a hectic time. He explained in detail what the issue was, and quickly went to work to get our air running again. We will definitely be using this company again!

Had some trouble with the A/C and can’t have that in the Florida summer!! I called ACS and they were great, Alex came by and got it figured out for us! He was awesome, great customer service, very friendly, and of course knowledgeable. He got us hooked up with working A/C and I couldn’t be more grateful!!! 10/10 recommend!
