ACS Home Services AC Repair Tampa

I got my AC installed less than 10 months ago. Here I am less than a year later with the system not working and they are unable to repair it until 48 hours from now.

My sister has asthma and it’s been more than 24 hours. They don’t care at all.

Poor customer service.

Dylan was very friendly and informative. He did great work cleaning the A/C pipes. He explained the process, explained how it happened, and shared what to look for when it’s time for maintenance. Will definitely recommend.

Travis was a very good and professional plumber. The plumbing repair was good.He was on time , knowledgeable and courteous. The cost quoted was the price I was charged. They will continue to used by me. I recommend them. I am thoroughly satisfied.

This company and the technicians are deceitful and dishonest. Think seriously before using them for anything. I called several times to speak to a supervisor and Larry refused to give the messages to the supervisor. I’m still waiting for a call from a supervisor. My credit card was charged $300. over the estimate.

It’s several weeks later. They billed again for the $300. No one had called me back with authority and I’ve called multiple times. I hope others are careful not to use this company and risk being robbed of their hard earned money.

I finally received the $300 back. I still want to speak to a supervisor.

I wanted to see what Alex would say so I called . Alex said there was an issue with my duct system that he could fix for $8,000 to $20,000. There wasn’t; there was a leak from the poor quality work done by ACS. Alex didn’t know where to look for the leak.

Brian , did an outstanding job of assessing my units and helping me maintain them for the long haul. Great job

Brian was great, very patient and professional. He’s identified discrepancies in our AC unit and is actively involved in resolving the issue. A step forward in the right direction in fixing a year long problem. Would do it all over and glad we called the right company who sent the right man for the job.

They were able to see me same day which is rare. They did a great job, they came out and explained in detail what they were going to do. Offered a Membership that seems worth it, as they can be pricey with some services
