Of course we had A/C issues during the summer and we called Acree only because we had their monthly membership. They were out 4 months prior for their bi-annual check on our system. The tech tried to force a new air scrubber down our throats and briefly recommended a new compositor.
So they tell us no one can come out for over 24 hours, then call us and say a tech is available between 5-7pm. Then the tech calls and says they can't make it until the morning then 30 minutes later says they are on the way.
The tech comes out and completes a diagnostic and WITHOUT GETTING APPROVAL completes the required repairs. The tech calls and says we owe the prices for the parts he replaced. Obviously we paid because we had to but it would have been nice for the tech to explain the issues and provide us with options for repairs so we can choose, but ACREE AIR thinks so little of their customers and this is known by the way we were treated. I called to speak with a manager about possible cancelations so we could be serviced faster and the manager wanted to talk about how I should have replaced the part the last time. I tried to explain to him the technician did not present the immediate necessity for the replacement of the part or we would have done it. The tech was more concerned on trying to sell me an air scrubber that I didn't want, but the manager says the tech notated he offered and we declined. I'm convinced of this, our recent service call for Acree Air could have been handled with respect and clear communication, however all I got from this company was arrogance and a feeling like we were a bother or inconvenience to them because we are members of their program. In my opinion, please be aware of this company and how they treat their customers.
Travis was very knowledgeable, professional and on time! He not only fixed my electrical issues, he also took the time to answer questions in away that could understand. Even offered suggestions on prevention of future problems. Extremely rare to get good service these days. Travis is is guy I would ask for if I needed electrician again
Jonathan was a true professional. The most knowledgeable technician I’ve ever worked with. He walked me through every step he did and explained thoroughly. He was efficient and respectful of my time. I’d recommend Jonathan and Acree air to anyone.
I called just before 6:30pm and recieved a same day appt. for 8pm. The tech.,Brannon, was early (very much appreciated). He troubleshot my a.c. , found the problem , had the replacement part in stock on his truck , and had my a.c. up and running again in no time at all. Brannon was courteous, professional, and obviously very knowledgable. I also appreciated the young lady who scheduled my appt. so I could recieve the service so quickly. I would recommend Acree, and wouldn't hesitate to call them again should I ever need their services.
We had a outdoor electrical plug installed. The technicians Logan and his associate had to drill through the block wall coinciding to an inside plug. The workmanship was excellent. Highly recommend this company. Logan will send couple of quotes for future projects, instant water heater and a toilet replacement. Thank you.

I called Acree after a home inspection to sell my house. There were a few electrical issues. Donovan came the next morning and found more dangerous issues. He said he would get all the work done in 1 day after calling in Minh and Moises. They worked until 9 PM to get everything done. I was very happy I called Acree. All 3 of the guys were respectful and friendly and they did a very good job. Acree has my business from now on.
Replaced main electrical box. Electricians Nick and Michael are awesome!! Polite, professional, knowledgeable guys that did a great job!!! Highly recommend them and Acree!!! Thank you so much!!!
The technician was extremely polite and professional. He answered questions, patiently and explained what he was doing and appeared to be knowledgeable in his field. It seems like the company might be a bit pricier than some. I guess it will be a test over time to see if the extra cost is justified.
