The Service Advisor, Bailey, thoroughly checked my AC unit to determine why it was not working properly. He explained in detail and provided a proposal on what needed to be done to get my AC working properly. Excellent job.

We had a problem on the initial charge using two different payment methods but it was rectified. The two technicians Roberto and Jose really saved the day after the rough start with billing. They both were courteous and professional in their installation. They both take great pride in their skills and it showed on the quality of the work they performed. The choice of the Goodman unit was a perfect selection for the space provided at townhouse. I was really surprised at the quality of the installation and product at the end of the day. I had two outstanding techs ,Bailey and Marcus help me with my AC problem. They were both very professional and to the point. I signed up for a service plan and actually made another appointment for AND Services to do some work at a rental property, I was that pleased.

Broken PVC pipe resulting in all water in house to be turned off until fixed. Called AND Services at 9:00 am and made appointment. I was told a service person would be out in 2-3 hours. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when 3 hours had passed and waited until 2:45 pm to call them (almost 6 hours later).

I was told they got busy at other jobs and were not going to be able to make it today. No call and voicemail, no text, not at all bothered that they stood me up and I will not have water for another day. Basically all I got was a too bad for you.

This place is supposed to be a Google certified business but they run it like customers do not matter. Their web page and other information says they are open 24 hours. I’m not sure which 24 hours they are open, but it is not 24 hours in a row.

Do yourself a huge favor and use any other business that cares about customers. This one does not.

24hr service even on weekends! Thanks so much. When it’s hot outside and same temperature inside your home you need a fix fast and efficient. Jair it is awesome and goes above and beyond to help.

Came same day, within 2 hours. Cleaned three nasty drains that have been clogged since the discovery of water. Also cleaned out the main line. Nick was great. Can't speak to value as we are new in the area but pricing seemed fair.
