Called this place to have my A/C fixed. Was told they would have a tech to my house today. Called back two hours later and said they was to busy to get to me today I understand this a holiday weekend but why make appt. And then call back and say they can't do it now it to late for me to find anyone else. Don't waste your time calling

Never showed for our appointment time, after 2 calls, still noone called or showed up. So 3rd call we canceled the appointment for our home and a new home purchase. They partnered with home depot, will never use or refer, poor customer service.

The repairmen were so sweet and attentive to our needs they helped us find the best AC unit and financing. I'm grateful I called them.

I could make a long story about the bad service of this company but I will only say that they are the worst in the following: schedule, customer information and extremely high prices, all their advertising is pure lies.
