My water heater picked a fine time to die... Just before Christmas! AND Services came out in a timely manner, looked over my very challenging situation, and came back the next day with a water heater and considerable determination. By afternoon, I had hot water and the best shower I'd had in a long time.

Called Thursday morning about water coming out of the toilets and tubs in the house . They put me
On the schedule but never gave me a time. I was just told that they would call me 30mins prior to arriving . Waited around all day to finally get the call around 4 saying they tech that was supposed to service my house was having flu symptoms and I would have to get a new tech the following day. I would be called with a time first thing in the morning . No call the next morning so I called to confirm they would still be coming and I was told that there were previous appointments for that day and that it would be 3/4 hours before they could get to me . 6 hours later I called to cancel they appointment. They have on file that we are unable to use toilets , tubs or water for that matter and still didn’t even communicate with us about the delay to give us the option to find someone who could come sooner .
