I contacted them for a duct cleaning quote. They came and were very friendly. They said I should replace my AC and they would give me a quote. They wouldn’t send the quote via email as they explained they only present quotes in person. I told them I am not interested in changing the AC right now but I will keep you in mind when I’m ready.
They didn’t send me the quote for air duct cleaning. They never even got back to me.

Jorge was the technician who performed the maintenance. Jorge was very courteous and thorough. He explained everything and showed me photos of the unit and the ducts. I could not ask for a more positive experience and I highly recommend Jack Rabbit AC.

Excellent service, efficient, knowledgeable and fair. Everyone that we have dealt with at this company, From Elizabeth the receptionists, to Mario and Tony who have installed and maintained our AC unit have answered our calls at all hours even Sunday early morning!!! Highly recommend!

I came home one night to find my home at a toasty 88 degrees. Not ideal in South Florida. After calling several companies that claimed to be 24/7 but not able to help until the following evening, I found 1-800Air. Fell in love with this company. From the beginning Elizabeth was amazing with her services and Tony worked so hard to make sure everything was fixed in our new home with our AC gave my kids a coloring book along with crayons and his professionalism was out of this world.

As a first time home buyer I noticed my A/C needed to be replaced , my husband and I looked for many companies to see which one would satisfy our needs . We found 1-800AIR and they were able to answer all of our concerns , so we moved forward into working with them , buying a house is not cheap so it was a relief knowing they offer financing ! Highly recommended! My A/C broke on a Sunday morning and called 1-800Air around 7am, and they show up an hour later. Tony diagnose the unit and the compressor died. I order the new unit the same day and the installation was completed the next day (Monday). Great turnaround time!
