After 19 years I needed a new AC in my home. JackRabbit exceeded my expectations. Tony was thorough in presenting my options and answered all my questions. He was punctual and professional. On the day of installation four very professional showed up, O’Neil, Juan ,Gio and Jo. They worked all day and the work was done to perfection. I am extremely happy and would not hesitate to recommend this reliable company. I appreciated the text communications with the names of each workers and the punctuality.

On time, professional, explained every aspect of the job to the fullest. Gio, is very meticulous about his performance and very attentive to detail.

ALERT!!!! ALERT!!!!
This company Jack Rabbit went out of business within two months of my new installation and the New Company *Air Pro is non-responsive to any inquiries regarding *Air Pros commitment to honor the contracts of the existing customers from Jack Rabbit.

I did not receive the 12 months of air conditioning filters, the inspection was not done and business is closed.

These companies are getting away with awful business ethics and integrity.

I have called Air Pro at least 10xs and have not received a response. JUNE 15, 2023 UPDATE ~ After saying I would seek legal action a representative from Air Pro called me back and explained; Air Pro has no obligations to Jack Rabbit customers they only bought the google telephone number. Yes. apparently it's legal. All the new business will now be directed to Air Pro.

If Jack Rabbit filed for a City Inspection Permit it maybe done under a fraudulent name. In my case they filed under a company named Mechanical AC RES. When I called Mech AC they informed me they have no business affiliation with Jack Rabbit AC.

I called the City of Tamarac for advise. I was told I must find another company and transfer the contract and have the new company file for a permit.......The SAGA continues.......
NO WAY CAN I MAKE THIS UP! SHADING BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE BEING ALLOWED AND AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMERS.

My old A/C system was 21 years old. We all know it was time for an upgrade. After doing my do diligence; research, comparisons and getting a few estimates I chose Jack Rabbit.

Here are my reasons for selecting Jack Rabbit: 5 star rating; referred by a friend; local company with excellent customer service, several options for service warranty plans; (Daikin ~ DX4SE - SEER 14.3) No foreign parts; 12 months of filters included; City Permit and inspection included; excellent installation and service technicians.

O’Neil and Gio were my installation technicians they are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and did an outstanding job with the installation.

Note: We spend a lot of time searching for the best model; there is a lot of truth to that, but I read the two most important things about purchasing any new A/C system is #1 the installation
#2 diligent maintenance with excellent technicians.

I look forward to staying cool with the excellent installation, warranty and service technicians with Jack Rabbit.

Fabulous customer service. Tito took his time to explain the why, which I appreciated immensely. My AC is definitely not working as hard as it used to and cools much faster. He explained why my Nest thermostat was going offline and how to troubleshoot it in the future if required. How to keep the drainage pipe clean in between visits. Recommending how often I should be changing the filter upon inspecting the one I had recently placed. I made sure to sign up for the biannual maintenance. Highly recommended.

Had both original 20 yr old central AC units replaced. Tony with his measurements was able to identify that I had the wrong size AC upstairs and ordered the correct size. On installation day, Tony sent a team of 6 to my house to do the 2 AC replacements. These guys are extremely detailed oriented and performed the install over 8 hours. I am amazed at the craftsmanship and quality of work they performed. They fixed so many issues with the original install such as missing insulation, poor wiring position, no drain valve, no drip pan, no anchor on my condenser, not having the correct sized AC, air handler position and filter location.

The house cools much more evenly now, I have more closet space, and I am confident these ACs will work reliably for a while, especially since Tony covers all labor for 2 years! The final install looks like a work of art. Worth every penny. I am so glad I didn't hire a handyman. Special thanks to Oscar, Juancito, Geo, Jorge, Mario and Juan.

Wow wow wow!! Watch out now…JACK RABBIT, you have stole the show!! We purchased a new home, needless to say needed some work! I have never had to purchase an AC, so this being my first go around with it all, I was a bit nervous as expected. Such a huge investment, for an inside and outside unit & Jack Rabbit & their team made this process as smooth and affordable as it could have been.

I had done my research on a few companies, I can’t tell you how happy I am with my decision. From the initial phone call, the owner Elizabeth was so professional, courteous and informative. They showed up the next day for the estimate and two days later for installation. Couldn’t be any happier.

My AC unit was leaking a lot of water, after an an initial visit with Dominic, it was determined that it was time to get a new unit. Tony came out a few days later to give me an estimate and an overview, he presented me with several options, being considerate of what I was able to pay. He was patient and thorough discussing what could/should be done. Ultimately, we decided on a new unit. The crew of Juan, Gio and O'Neal, came and installed the unit. Despite running into some size issues, this awesome crew figured out and delivered on an awesome AC unit install. They were all awesome! From day 1, this company is top notch.

DO NOT USE! Jack Rabbit was great, but then they went out of business and another company bought there phone number.

The thing is I bought the yearly maintenance plan from them and the new company will not honor our maintenance plan and never showed up when I made an appointment.

THIS IS A NEW COMPANY, JACK RABBIT DOES NOT EXIST ANY MIORE.
