I am so happy that I have found this company to do my AC maintenance and repair work. I have never seen a company that Actually really cares About their customers as much as they do so I want to give a thumbs up to the owner Tony and tech Mario and all the other staff that work for the company, you guys are awesome and so appreciated thank you so much for your hard work and dedication.

We had our AC running really inefficient (it wasn't cooling the house below 73°) so we called a few companies. JackRabbit was the first to respond and gave me plenty of same day options to come out. When they came out our technician, Jorge, spotted the problem immediately, but did a thorough inspection anyway to make sure there wasn't any other issues. When he gave us the options, he gave us 5 different options that ranged in price so we could choose which fit us best.

Jorge earned these 5 stars and we'll be using them to service our new AC unit for years to come!

They were super professional and fixed the problem created by another company. They couldn't find the leak after i paid over $500 to find it and Tony found it in less than 10 minutes. He also explained everything while he was repairing my unit so I could be more knowledgeable about it. Very happy I found them!

This company, the owners and staff, are the BEST I have ever worked with. Their customer service is UNBEATABLE!! They stand by their work (which is exemplary) 100%. The first time I called them was 10 pm on a weekend and Tony was about an hour away. He came right away and fixed my problem, which involved a major leak in my old A/C. Trust me, you will never find another company as good as this one (and no, I’m not related to them..I’m just a very satisfied customer)

My air conditioning broke and I called a couple places that really didn’t seem to care. When I called JackRabbit they immediately helped and sent out one of their technicians. Tony was fantastic, super professional and friendly. Because of both Tony and their quick response, I will be using JackRabbit in the future for all my AC needs

Tony was friendly, professional, insightful, and very helpful. He did a great job installing my UV light and was quick, but not rushing. From beginning to end the entire team was friendly. No one pushed any extra services on me, but after my positive experience I decided to subscribe to their service.

We had the unfortunate experience of our AC leaking after hours so we searched for the closest company available and came across 1 800 air. They were very responsive and tony was over in about an hour. After diagnosis he repaired the problem but other things arose. Tony was very patient, determined thorough and accomodating. Fast fwd to a week after the initial problem a decision was made to get a brand new system and tony was very fair and reasonable with pricing. We were very impressed at how seamless and neat the installation process was. I would recommend 1800 air and use this company again if needed. Thank you Tony and team!
