This company provided excellent professional services from it owner ( Elizabeth), Manager (Tony), knowledgeable technicians (Gio, Juan F, Tito, Juan R., Mario, and Ricardo), and to its office staff (Angie and Laura). Wow, what a team!!!

The installation of my new HVAC system was completed on schedule AND, even with the impending approach of Hurricane Ian, the project was delivered with professional excellence. All questions/concerns were quickly addressed in terms a home owner can appreciate and understand. Additionally, the utilization of text messaging with photos to notify customers of the arrival of servicing technicians is an indication of the company's concern and appreciation for the security and safety of its employees and customers. Indeed Jack Rabbit Air Conditioning lives up to its business motto, "We're All Ears". Thank you ALL for a job well done!!

I am so happy to have found JackRabbit. The owner is just a very nice lady. They are a very professional company and their employees as well. I have had 3 different employees come to service my AC and they all were very thorough and explained everything about what needed to be fixed. I have a maintenance plan which is awesome and very reasonable in price. I would definitely recommend them. Again Elizabeth is very nice and is willing to please her customers.

I rarely write reviews for a company, but I felt the need to show my appreciation for Jack Rabbit. I recently used the company to replace my condo's AC unit, and I could not be more satisfied. First, Tony (the owner) responds to your calls promptly and directly. The staff is well-organized, and they keep you updated regularly on their progress. They were also sure to troubleshoot any issues with the new unit. A couple days in, and the new AC is working well. I highly recommend Jack Rabbit!

This is by far the best AC company we have ever worked with.

First Tony and Elizabeth, we called on a Sunday morning, Elizabeth answer our call, she was very kind and attentive; then Tony, he came to our house and explained all the options we had, why we had to do certain things, what things we could do to save money, etc. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and gave us different options to choose from.

Then the crew, they were on time, respectful of the property, clean and super efficient, the original plan was to finish the job in 3 or 4 days and they finished in just 1 and 1/2 days, bravo!.

Oscar, Juan and Juancito were the team that did the duct work, they were friendly and really knew what they were doing, my husband likes to ask a lot of questions and they were always happy to answer them.

They are not the cheapest but they are worth every penny, ***if you want things done right, call them***.

The entire experience from initial meeting and walk through to installation has been extremely positive. I can’t say enough good things about Tony. He took all the time necessary to bring his knowledge and expertise into our home and explain all the nuances around A/c systems. From tonnage to seer to ductwork and electrical requirements. He was extremely thorough and patient and answered all my questions. Juan (JD) and Oscar (the installation team) were again thorough and I could tell immediately that they took immense pride in the process at hand and kept me in the conversation every step of the way. The finished product looked great and I’m looking forward to the unit working at its optimal level for years to come. Juan and Geo showed up on time for my 5 hour AC maintenance and refurbish job. They worked steadily, they placed drop cloths and cleaned up when work was finished. They were very professional and took the time to explain procedures and answer our questions. I highly recommend Jack Rabbit Air for all your Air Conditioning needs.

I found this company on Facebook and made an appointment for a tuneup and was told everything that I may need to repair with options.

I was not forced or scammed into getting anything more than I needed to have my AC running in excellent condition.

I would like to thank the technician that performed the job. Jorge was professional, knowledgeable and was on time. Jorge was very friendly and a pleasure to have in my home.

I am happy with the job happy with the price and I have been in south Florida since 2004 and just found my new AC company I am definitely going to use them again.

I called Jack Rabbit near about 9pm last night. Elizabeth was very helpful and responsive. She clearly informed me of the added cost for an after hours visit. I needed the service asap as I have my grandfather who is 91 living with us and the house was already pretty hot. I was told the tech would arrive between 10-11pm, sooner if he finished his current job early.

The tech arrived on time and prior to his arrival I received a text with his information and background in the industry. Once he arrived he quickly took a look at what could be the cause. Identified it was blow fuses and quickly repaired it. He also checked to see what could have caused it to blow. Fantastic service from both Tony and Elizabeth. I would highly recommend them. I purchased my AC from another company, but after this experience I wish I would have known about jack rabbit before, Truly amazing people and the best AC experience I have ever had.

I appreciate that when they actually came they had the parts to fix the issue. Tony informed me he can solve about 90% of the problems on the first visit, but if they need a part he can go pick it up. That's much better than my current AC guy who has told me before... I don't have the part we have to wait for it. Again, thank you Tony and Elizabeth for truly great service.

Elizabeth and Tony was so helpful and professional. The technician was so Pleasant, professional, hardworking. On time, Communication was on point. I would Recommend this company to anybody who need there air conditioning system working good. Thank you Jack Rabbit. You are the best.

After reading so many positive reviews we decided to have Jack rabbit come out and quote us for some duct work for 2 rooms in our house. Rather than giving us a quote for just the duct work, the technician INSISTED that the only way to correct the problem we were having was to fully replace our entire fully functional AC system and all of the duct work in the house for $26,000. We got other quotes and the problem was corrected by someone else for $2000 and we couldn’t be happier. I can understand some variance in quotes, but to insist that this was the only solution is downright dishonest.
