Jack Rabbit Air Conditioning has been amazing! Don’t hesitate to call them when looking for the right company to work on your AC. They are aces. The technicians Jorge and Oscar were outstanding. They were professional and reliable. I felt comfortable and taken care of. The owners tony and Elizabeth were amazing. They were great at communication. They even provided a cleaning service after they cleaned our ducts. Best company in south Florida! Don’t look anywhere else!

5 Stars for Jack Rabbit Air Conditioning! I will be using this company if needed in the future, and sharing my excellent experience. There is nothing worse than AC issues living in South Florida. This past Sunday night it happened to me, and my family (dogs included) were suffering all night. Monday morning I called Jack Rabbit after 2-3 other local AC companies, all of which could not give me an appointment until the next day. Elizabeth at Jack Rabbit knew we needed immediate help and sent help Monday afternoon. Tony was the technician, and I was impressed it only with his outstanding and thorough inspection and diagnosis of the diagnosis of the problem, but also his kind and compassionate personality. I could tell he truly cared and wanted to help my family avoid another sleepless, miserable night without AC. Tony wasn’t rushing to leave even though it was getting very late. Instead, he took the time to get my AC functioning for the night (and keep it running should it stop again) until the new parts arrived the next day to fix the unit. Tony took the time to walk me through the issues and how to temporarily the problem overnight, if needed. Tony went above and beyond to keep my family cool until the next day. Never once did Tony mind when I asked questions, or when it got dark and very late as he finished the job for the night. Additionally, I received a text message from Jack Rabbit advising me who was coming to my house (Tony)! I was beyond impressed with this company’s communication. Tuesday morning I was updated on the status of my parts arriving (no need for me to follow-up) then again when Tony was the way! I cannot say enough good things about Tony, Elizabeth, and Jack Rabbit AC. This company’s customer service far exceeds any other AC company I have used over the years. Tony was very thorough and took the time to explain the issues and options. I assure you that you will not be disappointed with Jack Rabbit AC!

My fiancé and I just moved into our first new home today. Jorge was by about a week ago to clean and service our a/c. He was professional and patient with the multiple options he gave to increase the efficiency of our existing a/c. We immediately felt an improvement. Unfortunately at 8:00 PM a week later the thermostat was set to cool however it was blowing hot/heated air. Jack rabbit answered the phone immediately and had Tony here within 1 hr. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes! Turns out a wire connection fell off. I am so impressed with the professionalism, competence and courtesy this company and its associates have to offer. I will forever be a jack rabbit customer. Highly recommend!!!

The old AC broke and I found Jack Rabbit on the web so I called them thinking they would be fast. I got an appointment that day. Not only were they fast, they were dependable and smart just like a Jack Rabbit. Tony was very professional. He knew what the problem was right off, the blower motor was shot. The AC is just under 10 years old and he pointed out my issue could be under warranty. He checked the web site and unfortunately it was not because the idiots who installed it never register it. I was impressed that he took the time to check. My AC is back running and the follow up was great. Highly recommended.

I called JackRabbit AC at the very last minute after hours because my unit suddenly stopped working. Elizabeth answer the phone and sent Guty (aka Tito) immediately to my house. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it on the spot!

This company has been our go-to AC company for over a year now. We are incredibly fortunate to have found them as having a reliable AC is only as good as having a reliable and trustworthy AC company to work with; which by the way is hard to come across in South Florida. Tony is our AC tech and we really appreciated how professional he was; he always sends messages reminding us of our appointments and he arrives ON TIME each time. He also is very thorough and informs us of what work was done, ways we can prolong the life of our AC, and a honest recommendation of services down the road if we so choose without coming across pushy. Tony is also very personable; he remembers each of his clients. He always asks us about our family and remembers the little things that go along way. Their pricing on services are very reasonable especially given the highly detail oriented work they put in. Our family is originally from the Midwest so we put great emphasis on working with companies that work with integrity. We are beyond thankful to have a solid and great relationship with 1-800 Air Conditioning & Heating and recommend anyone who needs (which we all do) a clutch AC company to call upon when things are not so “cool” in your house! The professional who provided the initial services was great. Oscar is very professional and knowledgeable about the AC unit. He worked hard to get me financed. I will recommend Jack Rabbit to all my friends.

I thought my dryer vent was clogged so I looked into getting this done. Asked for recommendations on FB and was provided with this company, by the owner. I called and their rate was great and it included a free ac tuneup. It turns out that my dryer vent was pretty clean. However, I was very satisfied with the service from the moment I called for a quote. Elizabeth was kind and helped me setup an appointment for the next day. I received a confirmation text and even a mini bio on the technician, Tony. He was great! He explained and showed me what I needed to know, answered all my questions and also offered additional services that I will look into. I would totally recommend this place.

I had an issue with my condenser fan, called a couple of other local companies who kept missing the appointment times. Finally found Jack Rabbit, they came quickly, diagnosed my issue and got the broken fan motor replaced. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Mario and Tony did a great job on my installation; they showed up on time and their work was exceptionally thorough. In addition, Elizabeth was very helpful and informative about the entire process. Will definitely utilize their services again and recommend to friends and family!
