JackRabbit Air Conditioning

We were looking for a new AC company to help up. We always used Air Amer but they did maintenance on our AC this year and they were terrible/rude etc--they went corporate so will never use them again. We found Jackrabbit AC and they were awesome. Jason came over to clean our AC unit. He explained EVERYTHING, was SUPER NICE and helpful, patient. He did a great job, was very neat and cleaned up. I cannot say enough nice things about the company and Jason. Great job everyone we will be returning!!

I had insulation added in my ceiling, for the purposes of cooling and heating costs. The team, Juan, Gio and O'Neil, they arrived on time, they were neat, no messes and picked up after themselves. I was very happy with the service. Nice guys.

Tito was very helpful in answering all my questions. He provided amazing customer service. He came on time, he is very knowledgeable on the unit and he really took the time to be sure that I understood everything that he worked on at my home. He even provided a toy stuffed rabbit and coloring book to my nephew that he loved soo much and I really appreciate his hard work.I highly recommend this company for all your air conditioning services.

Personally I was not happy with there service! And would not recommend this company to anyone..I felt abused being a senior citizen, and I felt like they upsold products that I really didn't need. After getting a second opinion, they made me feel like I needed what they were selling.i just wanted a tune up...

They were quick and walked me though the entire process! 10/10 would recommend to any of my family or friends :-)

My technician Guty Jr was excellent and very knowledgeable. He took his time inspecting my complete system and replaced a faulty part. I hope my future experience with this company will be the same. He definitely gets 5 stars!

Jack Rabbit prioritized my emergency appointment request, the technician (Tito) provided a detailed and comprehensive overview of what led to my AC system issues and return my system to normal operation. My AC issues were completely resolved in less than three hours. The professionalism of the staff (telephonic & in person) and ultimate resolution of my problem has left me completely satisfied.
