The prices are realistic other companies wanted 3 times the amount just for coming to my house.Ray M was I can't use other word but excellent! We have been with Franks for years but decided to upgrade our unit based on age. So We had an entire new system put in and was amazed at all the detail put in by the staff. They removed all the old lines even along with putting down a new slab. Inside They put new plywood down along with painting. The TEM6A0C36H31SC Model which is made by Tran and is a dual unit Having a WiFi thermostat is very handy. The unit is so quiet and more powerful then the older models. The office staff was great, they even did the rebates for us. The sales quotes were provided in a timely manor for multiple systems for us to choose from. Basically Outstanding is how to rate this family owned company and having them do yearly maintenance just gives you a piece of mind during the summer. 10++ Rating. !!!.

As you may see, I don't leave too many reviews, so when I do it's something significant for me.
I can't say enough about Frank's and especially our technician Jose. Our air went out last night, we called this morning and Jose was on site in less than an hour. He was polite, respectful ( to the point he made sure not to make a mess or track into our house). He was efficient and thorough truly going above and beyond what we would expect for good service. In no time at all he had our motor replaced and verified all other systems were functioning at their optimum levels. The whole experience wildly exceeded our expectations. On a side note, their is a maintenance/membership program Frank's has available. I highly recommend it because it saved us money and provided us some highly valued priority service (along with a great maintenance program). I can't recommend Frank's and Jose with more enthusiasm. Thank you!!!

Im a rookie when it comes to the homeowner sceneā¦ I called to set up maintenance for my ACā¦. Also the heater had stopped workingā¦.and he figured it outā¦ Kyle was very profesional, informative, patient and respect for my little knowledge on the AV topic lingoā¦He explained the status on my unit, he gave me a quote on how much Iām looking at to upgrade my AC unit and offered me the maintenance serviceā¦ after the maintenance and the replacement of a part that was not good, the AC function has improvedā¦Iām very happy I decided to go with this companyā¦ Iām sold and committed āŗļø

The technician was very unprofessional. He had an I donāt care attitude and not express anything that he did or did he offer me any thing but another maintenance warranty. This was the 3rd time that my appointment was rescheduled. He got here when it was dark and Iām sure he could not see the condenser in The dark. The appointment was for 8-12 and after calling them back to find out where he was I was informed that I didāt answer the call timely and was put back on the schedule 1-5pm. He got here 5:45pm. What kind of service was that. Oh I need to report that they didnāt even have an air filter to replace the dirty one we had. Who does that? Doing maintenance and donāt bring and sell the most common thing needed. I was not satisfied at all.
