He does a great job of setting expectations. I know when he will arrive and that helps me to make sure that I'm available to let him in the house or answer any of his questions. Ever since somebody recommended Franks air-conditioning to me, I have not felt the need to go anywhere else. The technicians and the staff are extremely professional. Every tech that I have dealt with is very knowledgeable and tells me exactly what I need to know. They even found that my AC was still under warranty, so I got the part for free. The hourly rate seems fair as well. The technician, Julian, was here this morning. He did a great job and I was happy to renew my service contract with them.

I received an estimate from Franks and from one other company. David from Franks quoted me a better system for lower cost. On the day of install, the team of two showed up on time, they kept everything clean and they were very polite. Once installed, I was shown how to use the thermostat, change the filter and keep the system clean.
