Our a/c unit went out last night and while there was a mix up with the emergency technician, Frank’s AC called right away the next morning and they had Hector come right away. He was professional, completed the job in timely manner, and was so nice and friendly while explaining everything. I would definitely recommend them!

I love Frank's Air Conditioning. They put in my Trane system. Have never let me down with their services. I have had issues with other companies. But never Frank's I absolutely love them. Highly recommend them. Their tech was here for over three hours last night. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Hector is a wonderful tech. I at this time will not use anyone else. They even showed me the bad parts. I have had my home for 17 years. I tried other places when I first moved here. Was never happy until I found Franks. Today once again fantastic service.
