They really seem to care about our business and the service they provide reflects that. Our favorite technician is Jose. He is very sweet and always does the best job. Hector came out to our house 45 mins after I called emergency work order in. Quickly identified the problem. Changed out the new parts and was back up and running in no time. Outstanding service indeed. He offered us a service club membership that can be transferred to a new owner. I definitely recommend this business.

The Service Manager is amazing and great to work with. She worked with me and treated me with empathy and respect. BUT I still want to tell my story so the business and other customers know what happened.
I’ve been using this company for 5 years. I’ve always been happy with their service. Until last night… they charged me $145 for an emergency appointment and didn’t even fix my air conditioning. Note: this company has a membership option. If you’re a member you get discounts, etc. I’ve been a member for 5 years but didn’t realize my membership expired. After an hour and a half the technician said they didn’t have the correct part and would have to come back today (the following day). So basically if I had just made an appointment for the following day and didn’t take the emergency appointment I wouldn’t have to pay the emergency appointment fee. Technician told me to contact the office the next morning.
***Update: Called the office and the representative on the phone while polite in his words was frustrating to speak to. He constantly spoke over me. Never apologized that I was going through this. Told me the fees were valid because I called for an emergency appointment on a Sunday night. Basically implying it was my fault for calling them at an inconvenient time and I would have to pay for that with the full fee. Kept reading me the invoice and speaking to me like I was stupid. I told him I was just asking for help on the price. I tried to negotiate only paying the day time “diagnostic fee” of $95 instead of the $145. That’s only a $50 difference and he said no. My total bill is $770 and he couldn’t take off $50?! Ridiculous. He mentioned the Service Manager and I asked for them to call me. She called within 5 minutes and told me immediately that she would credit $50 difference. Also apologized that my membership service wasn’t fulfilled last year and said I could renew with the technician today. I really appreciated her but feel it was unnecessary to jump through so many hoops and treated like a wallet instead of a loyal customer by everyone else.***

My AC system went out. Called Franks and requested a quote for a new AC. They sent David out and he was very professional and on time. Explained what I needed and how the process would go. After accepting the quote I scheduled my installation. They sent out Adam and Carlos. They showed up on time and were professional. I showed them the out side condenser and the inside air handler and they went right to work. Before I knew it both the Air handler and condenser were both de-installed and were preparing for the new system. Excellent workmanship from both Adam and Carlos. This is my first time dealing with Franks and from what I have seen so far we should have no problems. I highly recommend Frank’s.

Made a call out around 7:15 p.m., got a response within a few minutes and Jose was professional, courteous, and did a well-rounded job describing the repair and costs before proceeding and completing the job. Went the extra mile, all finished within two hours of my call! Will certainly consider if I need to use again

He set to work and advised the problem and a time frame to fix it.

I called to repair the copper Freon line that was accidentally. I placed the call at 2:45 and within 15 min I was contact by Jose, the tech telling me he would be arriving in 30 min. He repaired the issue, did good work, was extremely polite and professional and also gave me some good tips on how to prevent damage to my unit. The pricing was very fair and I appreciate the quality of the work
Update: We had Frank’s come in and replace both of our ac units with new trane systems. They were on time, the staff from the office to the Techs were friendly, helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. We could not be happier with the work they did and would strongly recommend them to anyone
