Frank's Air Conditioning

We used Franks Air Conditioning to install our new AC system. We got quotes from other companies and David from Franks presented us with all our options and took time to answer all our questions. Their prices were very reasonable compared to other companies and you didn’t feel like you were just getting a sales pitch and pressured into a system you didn’t need. I also like that they are a small company and are not one of the huge outfits where you do not feel valued as a customer. They also provided us with two portable AC units to use while we waited for our install day. On the day of the install the technicians Fernando and Gene were right on time. They worked very efficiently and had our new system up and running my mid afternoon. They were very professional and did an excellent job installing our new system. Jessica at the office was also very helpful and friendly. We will continue to get maintenance performed by them in the future. I can not say enough positive things about Franks Air Conditioning. They want to earn your business and make you feel valued and appreciated as a customer. They exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with Frank's. Even though my situation was not an emergency, they were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. They were on time and our technician Hector was very professional and explained what was needed and took care of us all in one visit. Highly recommend!

A thorough and complete maintenance was explained and delivered. I had prior services before by other companies and they did not compete with the professionalism and knowledge that was shared for the upkeep of our unit. Honest and helpful service! I really appreciated the patience, knowledge, and attention to detail provided by Kyle! Frank’s AC is our go to for all our future AC needs.

Never a problem with Franks. It’s so nice to find a company that can consistently give the same superior results over the course of 6 years that we have been using them. Rey came out in the rain to get the job done late at night and the air was back on immediately. Thank you to the whole team for going over and above !!!

Thank you so much Kyle!!!!! Everything was awesome. Some point yesterday the AC went out. Staying at 85 degrees with four dogs felt like a sauna. Was a first time caller and between 1230pm made the call to 230pm problem was fixed. Kyle was able to explain what happened and was able to fix the issue at the same time. We felt very confident in Kyle that we choose to do a twice a year maintenance plan to make sure house and dogs were set if something ever happens again. Thank you Kyle!!!! Would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Don't really post but these guys deserve it. Had issues with air conditioning recently and they came everytime, multiple times on the same day to resolve the issue. Recommended the care plan.

Jean and Fernando were at the house at 7 am sharp as promised. They worked as a team, one worked on the outside and the other on the air handler. They explained what the plan for the day and worked through constantly until the job was done by 4:30 pm. They dismantled the old unit and cleaned after their work. Jean installed the new thermostat and showed me how to connect to WiFi. They guaranteed the duct system is all sealed well. Jessica from the office was also very helpful in setting appointments and sending documents. They were all polite, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. I look forward to meeting their maintenance service crew.

This is my second or third time using Frank's. They always answer the phone or return calls, the guys have been very nice and professional, they show up on time, and they don't make up problems or suggest fixes that aren't needed. 100% recommend.

The tech Kyle was extremely professional and had a great attitude. He diagnosed the problem quickly, was able to very clearly explain it to me and present solutions. The repair was taken care of immediately. The service went so well I signed up for the annual maintenance plan because they are the ones I want working on my AC moving forward.

This is the second year in a row that I specifically requested Tech Jose! As a representative of Frank’s AC he does an extremely professional job! During my Q & A session he was able to provide substantial information that gave me a better understanding of the Air Handler and thermostat operation! Jose is definitely an asset for Frank’s AC!
