Frank's Air Conditioning

I’ve been. Using Franks for years. Very knowledgeable and professional. Their recommendations have been great and even though our AC unit is 15 years old, it still runs like new. Having a yearly maintenance done for under $100 is awesome. Prevention is well worth it in the southern climate. Basically like your bodies yearly physical.

Franks was very responsive and everyone we Worked with displayed great customer service skills. Jean, who was the technician that came to our property, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We certainly appreciate the great work!

They were professional, courteous, and I received email with pictures and certification of techs before they arrived. The pricing was upfront, reasonable, and the customer service were pleasant and informative.

These guys did a good job front to back. Our job entailed some waiting part and a couple of visits. In the end everything worked out practically, efficiently and of good quality. When I need further service work I would definitely call on them again. Our technician (Kyle) did a great job at his work and representing his company.

I used Frank's Air Conditioning to replace our air conditioner after talking with and getting quotes from at least half a dozen companies. With Frank's AC I felt like I was getting the best system for the fairest price. They are completely professional and I was impressed with everyone on their team, from those in the office to the installers. I would recommend them without hesitation, and will probably use them for all of my air conditioning needs from now on. There's no reason to look any further.

After several problems with my home AC, I called 4 companies (based on reviews) for quotes on a new replacement system. David truly represented the company well and was a big factor on deciding on Frank's. Unlike most salesman that came by, he was very thorough, inspected the system, and was genuinely honest throughout the entire process. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything or oversell something I didn't need, he was simply here to help me get a new system that was right for my family.

I quickly knew I made the right decision. Their front office did everything they could to help me schedule a replacement as soon as possible. Then, they sent a technician out to look at my existing system to try and fix it temporarily so we would have air. Then the part that really impressed me was, they sent a technician out with a portable AC unit that we could use to keep a room cool for our family.

You don't see companies provide service like this. They already had my business, and still send a tech out to try and repair my unit, and another tech to provide me a portable.

They are definitely old school when it comes to customer service. If you are looking for service or a replacement unit, make sure these guys are your first call. Even the installation and the installers went above and beyond. I just can't say enough great things about this company.
