Frank's Air Conditioning

Our air conditioning unit was serviced today by Kyle. He’s tops. He is knowledgeable and efficient as well as thorough. If I ever need a new air conditioning unit I will only call one company and that would be Franks air conditioning in Saint Cloud Florida.
I’ve dealt with other companies. Never again. Only Franks.

We just signed up for the yearly maintenance plan. Our technician was Kyle G. We cannot sufficiently express how extremely satisfied we are with the service he provided. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, informative and friendly! We hope we have Kyle for all future appointments! I am so glad we became customers with Frank’s AC!

Performed a diagnostic of our system. Great communication leading up to the appointment and very professional tech. He communicated his arrival time and was very thorough and knowledgeable. Very pleasant experience.

My AC unit was not cooling one evening so I had to call Frank’s for an after hour service call. I was expecting the service call to be extremely expensive but since I have a contract with them I was charged a regular visit and the tech was at my house within an hour and had the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. All the techs, from installation to service calls, have been very friendly and professional. Thank you!

it was 7 at night and hot when my conductor went out. I called Franks and Hector Sandoval called me minutes later and explained he was on another call and would call when he finished. He was true to his word and came out and fixed my air. Franks is a Wonderful company. It's been a pleasure working with this company. They have always been honest and always there when you need them. We talked with Tristan, and he was very knowledgeable. Very professional. Easy to talk with and understand.
We knew it was getting close to time to have to replace our AC unit. Rather than fixing something and paying 1500.00 to do repair, it is logical to replace it since spending money on a unit that is on its last leg. After discussing it with my husband and talking with Tristan, we decided to go forward and replace the whole unit.
We really enjoyed this tech to our home. Highly recommend him.
