Superior Service definitely provides superior service! I cannot rave enough about this company and their quality of work! James was able to fix my A/C problem in no time! I highly recommend this company to all my friends!

I was shocked by the admonishing tone of voice used by Christina, a customer service agent at Superior Service. She was curt, and repeatedly cut me off when I spoke. I’ve spent over $5,000 so far with Superior Service, but I will be going elsewhere from now on for all of my a HVAC needs. I can’t pay a business for services arranged and coordinated by someone who bullies customers over the phone.

By far best service in town. John, the owner cares greatly about his company and provides excellent service to his customers. Don and Darryl are awesome also and both deserve a pat on the back. Highly recommend.

The name says it all. I've never had an issue, their techs have always been polite and thorough and able to ask I question I may have, as well as inform me thoroughly as to any issues I might expect in the future, and they send me an email each month reminding me to change my air filter, which I really appreciate. Fair, courteous, clean. I recommend them to all my friends...and to you!

Superior Service recently performed some preventative maintenance on our AC. Scheduling the job was a breeze and the guy that came out to our house was very professional and on time! We are looking forward to working with them again!
