I had family coming in and of course at the last minute started having HVAC issues. Superior sent out a young man by the name of Mark Shand, this gentleman's professionalism was about as above and beyond as the company itself, whoever is doing the hiring/training of the technicians, keep up the good work. Thank you, Brandan, for your recent service visit. Brandan was knowledgeable and finished the work quickly so the air was back on and cool in no time. I appreciate the two visits a year to clean and check the AC system which is included in the service plan.

Today we got our six month tune up service and the customer service from Brandan was excellent. He is such a professional, provides great details of every aspect of the service.

James showed up right on time, was pleasant, and fixed my unit on the first try... which never happened with other companies before. Hopefully this unit lasts me a while, but if I ever need them I will definitely request James.
