Superior Service

This company was very responsive to our needs and also in a very timely manner was able to complete the job with excellent workmanship. The office staff was pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process. Overall, it the service was superior.

I cannot say enough good things about Superior Service! I recommend them without reservation. We had been away from our house for 3 weeks and when we pulled in on a Friday night and walked in, it was hot!! This is June in Florida and to walk in at 9 PM to a hot house with no air conditioning - well, you can imagine how that feels. I wish I had known that I could have called Superior that very night because they are open 24 hours! Next morning I called and spoke with Tiffany - She set an appointment that very day - Saturday. Briton and Brandon came over and got our AC working! The unit was 15 years old so we needed a new unit. The install was scheduled for three days later but these two great guys were able to keep our old AC working until the day of install. There was a small problem Sunday, but Briton came over - on a Sunday! – And fixed it immediately. If you are needing AC or heating or even plumbing, you cannot go wrong with this company. Outstanding service and everyone at Superior is as nice and helpful as they can be. I love my new unit and being able to set the temp from my phone is such a plus.

Anyone needing to repair or replace your current heating/air-conditioning system do yourself a favor and get 2 or 3 estimates...and make sure Superior Service is one of your estimates. I did this 3 years ago and Superior Service came in with a great offer of equipment to heat and cool my home at a very competitive price. I have had the system 3 years along with a great warranty and twice annually preventive maintenance service. They show up when they say they will, do a good job, and what is impressive for me, is that unlike many service companies their employees are not only friendly and professional, they wear the slip on footie's before walking around in your home. Kudos!

In addition to their exceptional work on my personal projects, Superior Service is the only company I refer my customers to as a Realtor. They are responsive, communicative, ethical, and their work speaks for itself. I also love how much follow up there is to ensure their customers are satisfied with the work completed. I can't speak highly enough of Superior Service. Christina Phillips is hands on and always just a phone call away. These guys are the real deal.

I can't say enough good things about the service that Brandon and Marcus provided when the serviced my mother's home in St. Augustine. They were professional, courteous, and thorough. They took great care to make sure all of her vents were spotless and they did an amazing job cleaning all of the air ducts in the house. Way to go Brandon and Marcus. I'm so glad Superior Service employees gentlemen like you!

Branden was not only punctual, but was polite and did a great job! My dog loved him as well, and that is not always the case. He called me to say he was coming and I he listened to me as I explained the situation. We now have a clean dryer vent and our minds are at ease. I loved the follow up call after the service as well. They do everything they can to ensure that the service went well. I wish more places did this.

I enjoyed all the communication and follow up. From the person on the phone to the gentleman who showed up and did the work and the clear communication on what they were doing and the benefits. I originally called them to come out and clean my ducts since I was seeing dirt along the vents. With all of our allergies I had seen vendors advertising about a Scrubber and UV Light. I chose to have that additional work done as well. They were on time, professional, clean and I was very happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend them. I also like the text I received from the technician prior to his arrival. It came with his picture, so I knew who would be showing up, as well as a little bio about him.

Superior Service will be getting my business from now on! Their technician Brandan Andrerson came to my house to clean the vents and ducts. He was 100% professional and very thorough. Had service for dryer vent cleaning. Superior Service was a very professional courteous company to work with. Loved the way they worked with landlord directly and kept all parties involved and updated on arrival time and details of work completed. I love the text sent with picture of technician and mini profile before he arrived. Mark S.was very polite and did an amazing job to respect the property and pet as he accomplished his work. When my ac wasn’t working properly, I set up an appointment for them to come out in 2 days but they called back and were able to come right away. Mark was excellent, very knowledgeable and was able to quickly access the situation. He clearly explained our options and fixed the problem immediately. He was very honest and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I was very impressed with their service and prices were fair. I signed up for regular maintenance from them since this company seems very good at what they do, I highly recommend them!
