Another company told me I needed to replace my AC unit, and from a phone call Superior Service was able to tell me what was needed to fix my unit for a fraction of the cost! They are my go-to’s for repairs, service and questions. Superior Service was also able to help me navigate my new dual zone system in my new home that I didn’t fully understand. This company truly CARES about its customers.

Great response time! We got home Friday night from a trip and our A/C was dead. We called Saturday morning and Briton, the Gen. Mgr, came out within the hour.
He talked straight to us without any pressure sales. He had his crew out Monday morning first thing. They were polite, efficient and very good at their jobs. They had us fixed up before mid afternoon with a new unit inside and out including an easy to use thermostat.
I liked these guys and would recommend them to everyone!

I have only dealt with them a couple times now, one for install of a new unit and now for the 6 month system check up. Mark was professional and on time. He used the shoe cover things which we like because we don't do shoes in the house. So far this company has been good to us.

I have been extremely happy with Superior since getting a new unit from them last year. Today I noticed the a/c had shut off. I called and was helped over the phone, but it still kept shutting off. I called again and Briton Davis explained that it sounded like a clogged line. Even though it is a holiday, he came out to fix it within an hour and I was not charged an extra emergency charge. I was very impressed with his courteous and efficient service. Thank you!

Briton and his team are very knowledgeable, communicative and available to answer my questions from the moment we needed service to the point of a new a/c unit. Irma was about to hit and he took the time to come over to see if he could fix it temporarily when it died to get us through the hurricane. Then stayed in touch to let us know as soon as the unit was available to install after the hurricane. Can't recommend them more highly than anyone else in the business.

I wish I hadn’t needed a new air conditioning unit on Memorial Day, but if I had to have one I’m glad I chose this company. Chris and Joe were excellent. They were careful with our home, arrived quickly, and gave us excellent tips on how to reduce electrical costs. Very highly recommend.
