Superior Service

Mr. Shands provided outstanding professional service. He was informative and very thorough in the maintenance of my AC. He also loved my dogs and told me about a snake I had in my yard so I would take care about my dogs. Renewed my service contract again, always have outstanding service. Thank you. Would give 10 stars if possible.

My unit stopped working on Saturday morning and I was so glad to see Brandan Anderson show up by Saturday afternoon. He is one of the best technicians that I have dealt with. He was so understanding of my dilemma and went above and beyond to get my unit up and running again. Brandan kept me updated all along and helped with information that allowed me to make my decisions regarding the repair. I am glad to be a Superior Service customer and will continue to recommend this company and praise all the employees!! Thank you Brandan 5 star service for sure.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE VERY WORST.
They claim to fix things they don't fix. They are arrogant. They were referred to me by a friend and they were fine the first two times. After that they lied to me about fixing a part (coil) . Finally I got a new company. They are awesome and confirmed that Superior was giving us the incorrect information. Also the neighbors that referred Superior has a huge mold problem which Superior is denying responsibility which they are clearly the blame for. They sold the unit and maintained it for the last few years. My friend has been very sick because of this mold problem that they deny . And don't let me start on their customer no service attitude. New owners not the nicest for sure.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! I called in a panic late Friday night because my water heater wasn't working. I was getting my home ready to move back into it on Saturday, the very next day. You see, I had been out of my home in Davis Shores since Hurricane Erma flooded my home. Superior Service found me a brand new Rheem Hot Water Heater and came out at 10 am that very next day...a Saturday. They had another call after my installation, but came back later to check to make sure it was working properly. And, it was. That's dedication. These people are my heroes. I highly recommend them!! I'll definitely be calling them for any problems I might have in the future.

The superior Service, was great... Briton came out to my house, the same day I called. He didn't try to sell me anything. He was very nice and helpful. He told me what the problem was and gave me options.
I will definitely use this company again..

AC went out this morning, called Superior Service and 30 minutes later had technician Briton at the door! He identified the problem very quickly and explained everything that had gone wrong step by step. He was very honest which I appreciated. Briton was in and out of here in just over an hour, very impressed by how quickly he found the problem & how quickly he solved it. I will always recommend you to others.

I had Superior Service out for a repair yesterday to work on my air conditioning unit. The service tech James, came out andwas very friendly, professional, he explained what he was doing step by step and got my air conditioning working in expert time! Thanks James and Superior Service!

AC unit quit working in the middle of the night. I called Superior service the following day. They were out that day and had to come back the following morning. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable. The prices were very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

I cannot express how happy I am to have hot water again at my Florida home! My vacation rental water heater stopped working with renters in there this weekend and I live out of state so I was not able to get there to fix the issues. I called superior service because of their reviews and they had a technician to my home within a few hours. I am very thankful for their help and quick response to my emergency!!!
