They failed to notify me of the cost of the service they provided and without my signature or OK they charged my credit card.I called to dispute the amount they were going to charge and Becky never returned my call.Don't use this business!!!

Logan arrived and assessed the issue with the thermostat. He was professional, knowledgeable, and was finished with the repair quickly. I was totally impressed.

Within 3 months of moving into my home I needed a new HVAC system AND my ice maker bit the dust. Luckily, I found Steve Chapman. The variety of products and services are top-notch. They will service within 24 hours, with no overtime charges on weekends or holidays AND they provide a 20% discount on repairs. They also provide air duct cleaning. Great customer service, and very reasonable service agreements. Peace of mind.

Our outside AC unit bit the dust and technician, Mike was out here within an hour to assess. Though we needed to replace the unit outside completely, the gentleman I spoke with on the phone got us the best possible deal with a refurbished unit, which saved us over $1000. Ryan installed the unit the next morning and got us cool again. I was so impressed with how quickly everything got done and how they worked with me to get us the best possible price. Great company! Will recommend to friends and use for all service needs in the future as well

I was out of town. My wife was told the line for compressed coolant from outdoor compressor to second floor air handler. I was not pleased with the work. I want to thank Them for being responsive to my complaints. They sent a new crew out and the job was completed in a timely professional manner. The second crew promised to work with the first crew to discuss the best methods for quality oucomes. This shows total customer support and service. Thank you.

Of course with record breaking highs, our 2004 AC started giving us problems and finally gave up. All American Air came out the same afternoon and was able to do a temporary fix thank goodness! Within 3 days we had a new system up and running which is remarkable this time of year. Our technicians, Jesse and Rusty, were courteous and professional! Great local company!

I have purchased 2 air conditioners from All American Air .. 1 for my home And the 2nd one I had installed in a business I bought down town St Augustine

I would not use All American Air again. They were scheduling over a month out to clean out a dryer vent. On the day they were scheduled to come, I called to ask if it would be in the morning or afternoon, they could not give me a time window. When the technician finally showed up in the afternoon he had a sorry attitude. He was huffing and grunting the entire time.

Edit: After posting this review, the manager contacted me and made everything right. His customer service was great and he addressed my issues promptly. I would definitely contact him for any future needs!

All American is there promptly when needed, and with their twice annual scheduled service prevent problems from happening. Technicians are always polite, cleanly dressed, and responsive. We have been customers for over 15 years.
They replaced our entire system with a top of the line four zone system Lennox, very quiet and significant electricity savings. Usually automatically runs on a very low speed so no breezes. We are very happy, especially during flu season, with the add-on whole house UV plus catalytic air purifier, eliminates pretty much all virus and bacteria and kitchen odors do not linger. Maintenances supplies are expensive (annually change out) but we find it worthwhile because of freshness of air quality.

Overall, the guy did a good job doing the 6 mo. service call.
However, he dumped something in front of the unit which damaged the grass. I usually stay with the techs when they come to service but I had something else going on this time. After he left I could clearly see some kind of substance which I flooded with water to no avail.
Despite this All American Air has always been a good company and I would recommend them.
