    John Green cleaned the air ducts in my home recently and I feel that he exemplified excellent service as your employee. He was very conscientious and knowledgeable, making sure all the vents and ducts were as clean as possible. He spread tarps to keep the dust off floors and furniture and even applied KILZ in a couple of places where there was mildew. I have confidence knowing that I can always depend upon All American Air for excellent service.

Our clients have had 100% satisfaction. I personally inspected hundreds of AAA projects. All American Air truly treats outdoor condensing units from the day of install and through out the life of the units though their excellent maintenance and parts-labor warranty programs. My clients have saved thousands of dollars over the years. Furthermore, having numerous office daily personel support and service techs available on holidays and weekends, makes All American Air the number one Saint Augustine and Ponte Vedra Beach Air Conditioning company in my and many of our client's opinions.

    This is my second purchase from All American Air. My first Lennox system was installed in a condo in 2012 and ran perfectly until I sold my home in 2018. At the closing I notified the new owners that the 10 year warranty was transferable. They were very happy to be able to have access to this opportunity and as of January 2020 they are very pleased with their Lennox system and annual service contract. I recently had All American air install a similar system in my new Townhouse. Their professional service made the selection and installation of my New Lennox system very simple and rewarding. I highly recommend them.

    I have been a customer for All American for more than 5 years, and in that time, I have seen their level of customer service plummet. Yes, the first time I called in an emergency situation Steve himself came out, but since then, he does not return phone calls or respond to issues/concerns raised by long-term customers. I have seen their technicians go from customer-service oriented, friendly and capable individuals to people who don't appear to know what they are doing, not care about providing a good service, and a complete disinterest in the satisfaction of their customers. My current contract expires later this year and I can guarantee that I will be seeking service elsewhere as the folks at All American, from the technicians to the customer service staff at the office don't appear to care whatsoever about retaining business. I would not recommend them to anyone at this point and even heard from a neighbor this weekend that their prices are no longer competitive and their response time in comparison to their competitors is extremely lacking.

    I had a company come and quote 1100 and American Air did the righteous thing of letting me know it was a 342 problem. I've been with them ever since then. 3 years ago with their maintenance. Do your homework before dealing with others. I have still challenge prices with other companies and American still comes on top.

    Not a very ethical company. Applied for the job, interviewed, the general manager Aaron said she would definitely find a place for me in the company and would follow up in a week. A month and six voicemails later I finally get a hold of her assistant to tell me they retracted the offer. No follow up nothing couldn’t even get a call back. Pretty low if you ask me.

    I've had a few problems with the heat at a rental house and they came out and fixed it both times. The techs were polite and came out quickly. I recently purchased a house and had a a/c problem on a Sunday evening. I called and talked to a answering service and hoped to have someone over in the morning. A tech called me back at 6:45 P.M. and said he was on his way over. He changed a fan motor in no time and we were back to normal. Thank You !!!!!!! Great Service !!!!!

    We had 3 properties with them for almost 15 years. They failed to deliver service for about 15 months on one of our properties. On another occassion they refused to do service that we had already paid for unless we paid for a new renewal. Several years ago their service was good but in the last few years their service declined to the point that they only put in the most basic looking filters, sprayed a hose over the external unit and read a thermometer in the duct. One one occassion they turned up and spray painted out external compressor all over with matt black paint with large runs all over it. We stopped dealing with them in 2019 because of their lack of professialism.
